"Heyyy Salam!" A voice comes from behind and I turn around to make sure if that is Rumaisa.
"Hey, walaikumassalam," I replied and gave her a hug.
"Are you okay?" Rumaisa interrogated.
"Yeah am completely fine, thank you," I said. "How are you?" I then asked.
"I am good, but you do not seem okay," She said doubtingly while lifting her one eyebrow.
"Okay okay, it's a long story, I will tell you in recess," I let out. "Let's go to the next class or else we will be late, I don't wanna stand out of the class for forty-five minutes. Duh," I said stressing on over forty-five minutes.
"Okay fine, let's go," she said. "You better tell me what happened straight or else I might not buy you the Boston creme doughnut which I suppose will be out today in the stall in the cafeteria," she said and winked.
"Oh, of course, I could do anything for food," I said while grinning placing a hand on my chest dramatically.
"Oh No! I totally forgot that I will have to see that stupid's face again," I said and facepalmed while turning away from the class
" Can I skip this class or even bunk? I suddenly don't want to attend the class, let's go late to the class and stand out for forty-five minutes. I don't have any problem... What say?" I asked standing in front of the door with a very unwilling desire to not to go into the class.
"Oh, stop it Liyana, Physics is a tough subject you can't just skip it because you don't wanna see his face," Rumaisa said and dragged me inside the room.
"Ugh fine," I said and plopped on my chair and laid down on the desk.
"Hey, Liyana wake up!" Rumaisa jabbed her elbow into my stomach after a few minutes later when my eyes closed.
"Ouch! What are you doing?" I got up placing a hand on my stomach.
"The Lecturer," she said and looked to the other side. Where I suppose the Lecturer was standing.
I looked to the other side, looked up and found a tall figure with light brown hair and a muscular physique standing right in front of me with his hands in the pockets.
I was not able to see his face clearly but just a shady face shape with sharp jawline because of the ceilings bright light striking into my eyes through my crystalline lens.
"Sorry, sir!" I stood up immediately and apologised for sleeping in his class.
Did Miss Rebecca got replaced? I think in my mind.
I heard a grin, a similar grin. "It's okay to sleep in the class in the lecturer's absence, Ahem," A very very similar voice said.
I quickly looked up clearly and spotted those mischievous pair of amber eyes.
At this moment I was speechless, angry, terrified and humiliated.
My palms got sweaty and my cheeks turned plum red with all of that embarrassment.
I looked at Rumaisa who was covering her face with both her hands just to control her laugh.
I gave her a cold stare and budged out of the class.
"Hey, hey wait up!" I hear a voice and sound of fast footsteps rushing towards me.
I increased my pace and hurried towards the girl's restroom beside the corridor.
It was him, Mr Idiot.
I bang the door on his face.
"Why did he even come after me?" I whispered to myself resting my body on the door.
