I woke up to the buzzing sound of my phone which was on the table right next to my ear, it felt like a mild temblor which of course scared the hell out of me.

I tried finding my phone on the table while still struggling to open my eyes. I reached out and grabbed my phone which was under the novel which I was reading last night.

There was a missed call from an unknown number. I rubbed my eyes and widened to look at the notification again and looked at the time, it was 5:15 am. I then quickly checked the caller id of the number and didn't get any information about the person who called me.

I got up and went to use the restroom. As soon as I entered the restroom I heard my phone ringing again.

"Ya Khuda!! Why does anyone want to call me early in the morning!" I said grumpily and opened the restroom door and banged it behind me, stomping towards my bed.

The call was from the same number from which I previously got a call.

"Assalamualaikum?" I picked up the call immediately and I heard a beep sound which indicated the call was declined.

Never I got pissed off like that before. Never. I could have killed the person by reaching out from the phone and strangle him to death!!

I threw my brand new phone on the bed angrily and marched back to the restroom. (Came back the very second and checked if the phone was okay😶😅)

Firstly, my morning mood is legit grumpy. Secondly, I want my beauty sleep.

After a few minutes, I finally decided to call back on the stranger's number. Because that thing was bothering me a lot.

I dialed and put the call on speaker. After a couple of rings, someone answered up the call. Alas!

"Hello, Assalamualaikum. May I know who's number is this?" I asked immediately after the call got answered.

"Walaikumassalam. Umm, may I know who am I talking to?" A bold, not so familiar manly voice asked.

"I got a call from this number which is supposedly an unknown number to me, so I should be the one asking you. Who are you and how did you get my number?" I asked in a bold and firm voice.

I heard someone giggling on the call, which of course made me more suspicious and sparked the string of my anger.

"Hello? I asked you something, " I asked again with a loud voice, as there was no reply. I could only hear somebody's giggles.

"Ahem, yeah. Are you Liyana? Liyana Abdullah?" The person asked promptly right after I said that.

"Yeah, how do you know. I paused. Hey mister, stop messing around and tell me who you are otherwise-"

"Otherwise what?" He asked slightly chuckling. And at this time, the voice wasn't the same as it was earlier. It was a bit changed and somewhat familiar.

"Omg, if what am thinking is true then you are dead meat, " I said in a furious tone.

I heard sounds of two-three persons bursting out in laughter.

"Chill Liya, it's us, "I heard Rumi's voice and then absolutely her cringe laugh.

" I knew it!" I exclaimed. And they laughed even harder. "What do you mean by " us" Rumi?" I asked interrupting their laugh. *rolling my eyes*

"Me, Arslan, and Lihaan of course, " she said and started laughing again. Stupids.

I let out a relaxed sigh as I was tensed about how anyone could know my name and personal number.
