Will's POV

I sat in the ultrasound chair, worried as hell, and waiting for the nurse to come in. Sweet Pea was holding my hand, and with the other I was nibbling at my nails.

"It's okay, it's going to be okay." Sweet Pea soothed.

"You don't know that!" I said worried.

"I do. You, and the baby, are going to be fine." he replied, and rubbed my hand with his thumb softly. I took a deep breath, and the nurse came in.

She managed to get the ultrasound on the screen and then spoke up.

"Congratulations, it's twins." she said.

"What?" Sweet Pea and I said simultaneously.

"See, I told you everything would be fine." Sweet Pea said, as we held hands walking towards the parking lot.

"I know." I sighed. Sweet Pea paused, took my other hand, and faced me. "But twins,"

"There's nothing to worry about." he said, and leaned down to kiss me. After the kiss, Sweet Pea stared weirdly at me, and moved my hair out my face. "What's that scar? Near your eye?"

"Right. That one was my fault." I said, awkwardly.

"What happened?" he asked.

"Fell off my chair in elementary school, into a table." I said. Sweet Pea laughed, "You're such an idiot."

I playfully shoved him away. "Your idiot though." I said.

"That you are." he said, and picked me up bridal style.

"What are you doing?" I asked. Sweet Pea ignored me, and carried me to his bike.

"Reggie." I sighed when I opened the trailer door to him standing there. "What do you want?"

"Just to tell you, that I just saw Sweet Pea and Josie together, making out, outside her house." Reggie replied.

"You sure?" I asked, he nodded. "When was this?"

"About 5 minutes ago. I came right over to tell you." Reggie said.

"Dude. You just made a huge mistake." I said, and opened the door more, to reveal Sweet Pea standing next to me the entire time.

"Shit." Reggie said. Sweet Pea grabbed him by the collar, and pushed him up against the wall of the trailer.

"Why the hell are you like this Reggie!?" I shouted.

"You're trying to break us up, never gonna happen dude." Sweet Pea stated.

"I'm never going to dump Sweet Pea for your sorry ass!" I yelled, and punched him in the face. Sweet Pea dropped him, and Reggie ran away from us, clutching his, maybe broken, nose.

"Nice punch." Sweet Pea said, and pulled me closer to him.

"Thank you." I said. He spun me around, and hugged me from behind. He moved his hands to my stomach, and felt the small swell in my stomach. He span me back.

"You're showing." Sweet Pea said, amazed.

"How you didn't notice at the ultrasound, I don't know." I laughed.

"Sorry that I was looking at the screen, at our babies." he replied.

"Come on. Let's go and pack up some stuff from my trailer." I said.

"We're going to a protest?" I asked confused.

"Yeah, for the Uktena tribe that were murdered, for land by the Blossoms." Sweet Pea replied.

"Okay," I said.

"Toni and Jughead what us to meet at the Wyrm with Fangs, to make the signs." he replied.

***

We paraded to the Picken's Day party, all of us (apart from Toni) with our mouths taped shut. We held signs which read stuff like: "Honor this land" and "Sacred Land." Veronica and the Pussycats were singing as we came in, and all the attention fell on us, rather than the singing trio.

"Toni. Jughead. What the hell is going on?" Veronica asked angrily, as we had interrupted her song, and stood in front of the stage.

"We're here representing the dead and the silenced." Toni began, ignoring Veronica completely. "Pickens Day is a lie. General Pickens slaughtered the Uktena tribe, my grandfather's family, and this land, the land that we're standing on, the land that will soon give way to a new Southside, we stolen from them."

Hiram Lodge, angrily moved towards where was were protesting at his party. "And we can't bring them back." Toni continued. "But we can and we must honor them."

Hiram went up onto the stage, interrupting Toni's amazing speech. "Hey folks, hi. Uh...I think we can all be proud to live in a Riverdale where young people," he gestured to us. "stand up for justice. Where a young woman can defend the honor and legacy of her grandfather. And where we can celebrate the living legacy of the Uktena, who contribute to the rich tapestry that is Riverdale, that is the Southside, and that will be SoDale. So, that's hear a round of applause for that, am I right?"

The crowd starting clapping, "That's right, what do you say people?" Jughead ripped off his duct tape and almost ran for Hiram Lodge, but was pulled back by Toni's grandfather.

"Sheriff, we've told you a thousand times." I complained, to see Sheriff Keller at my door, for the fourth time today.

"We didn't decapitate General Pickens' head." Sweet Pea said.

"And we don't know would stole it." I added. "Okay?"

"Okay." Sheriff Keller said. He went out the door. "Let me know if you find out anything."

"Bye Sheriff, let's see if you can make it 20 minutes this time." I said, and slammed the door in his face. Sweet Pea laughed at me, and I slumped down next to him.

"You could probably get arrested for that." he said.

"I don't care anymore." I said. Sweet Pea pulled me towards me, and we cuddled on the sofa. "I just wanted to watch tv and pretend to forget about homework."

"Those are the best days." Sweet Pea commented.

***

That night, we went for a nice dinner at Pops, to relax after the stressful couple of days that we just had.

"That was great." I said, as Sweet Pea walked hand-in-hand towards our trailer.

"It was." he replied.

We saw a piece of paper taped to our trailer door. I ran up the stairs to the door of our home. I ripped it off the door and read it. 'EVICTION NOTICE'.

"What the hell?!" I exclaimed. Sweet Pea came up the stairs.

"What is it?" he asked and took it out my hand.

"They're kicking us out." I said. "What are we going to do?" I started tearing up. I rubbed my eyes. Sweet Pea pulled me into his arms and kissed my head.

"We're going to be fine. It's going to be fine." he said.
