You have a hunt in your hometown and you introduce Cas to your family.

ENTIRE STORY IS IN YOUR POV

Your bare feet padded down the cold bunker floor as you made your way to the kitchen. The smell of bacon, coffee, and Dean's signature chocolate chip pancakes wafted down the hallway, pulling you from what was probably the first nightmare-free sleep in months.

"Mornin' Sunshine," you said, ruffling Cas' hair as you walked past him and straight over to the stove where Dean was flipping pancakes. You peeked back at him as you made yourself a plate and a cup of coffee; he was standing behind Sam, the two of them reading something on Sam's laptop.

"You're gonna make a great housewife someday, Deanie-Bean," you giggled as he glared at you, stealing a piece of bacon off your plate and chomping down as he gave you the finger. Sam scoffed as you skipped over to the table, plopping down in the chair closest to Cas and almost spilling your coffee, sending you into a fit of giggles. Sam said something about going on another run before you left, winking dramatically as he left you to sit and talk with Cas.

"Hello y/n," he said gruffly. "How did you sleep?" concern etched across his face as he sat down in the seat beside you, resting his hand on your shoulder for comfort.

"Much better, thanks Cas," you smiled back happily. "I was gonna go running with Sammy this morning, but he must have decided not to wake me up."

Dean scoffed as he walked over to the table, eyeing you and Cas. "More like Cas here threatened to kick his ass if he woke you," you watched as Cas shot him a nasty look out of the corner of your eye as Dean chuckled. "So what'd you guys do last night?" Dean asked, smiling wildly as he saw both of your cheeks flush pink, "tired yourselves out, didn't ya?"

"Shut up Dean," you rolled your eyes, trying not to show how much you wish you were tired for the reason he was implying. "Cas was just... watching over me."

"Sure he was," he winked before walking out of the kitchen as he started to sing: "y/n and Cas, sitting in a tree! F-U-C-K-I-N-G."

"Dean Winchester, you watch your language!" you scolded as Cas looked at you with his signature confused head tilt.

"F-U-C... what is he? OH!" Cas immediately covered his cheeks as he blushed deeply, finally figuring out what Dean was spelling. "He is implying that you and I are having relations." He looked at you, trying to gauge your reaction to see if his assumption was correct. All you could do was nod.

"Right, ahem, well... we have a hunt in y/h/t, so we should be getting ready."

"Y/h/t?! Really?" you asked excitedly, completely forgetting the awkwardness of the situation that just ended. "That's where I grew up, and my family still lives there! Wait..." you thought, something not adding up. "Why is Dean taking us on a hunt in a town that he knows is full of a whole family of hunters?"

Cas avoided your gaze, so you knew something was up. "I, uh, I dunno, maybe you should ask Dean," he immediately jumped up, trying to run away. You grabbed him by the arm and spun him around to face you, slamming him up against the wall with your hand on his chest to keep him in place.

"Castiel, you will tell me what is going on and you will tell me now," you growled, trying to seem as badass as you usually were. In actuality, every time you looked at your sweet angel your knees would grow weak, your heart would beat out of your chest and you felt as though one more minute of eye contact would have you melting into a puddle at his feet.
