V: Feelings
Luke was feeling happier and felt less sad about his feelings for Han. He just needed to stop Evaan from touching his family. He started doing some basic Jedi exercises to start the day, he blind folded himself, hitting every laser that the droid shot at him with his lightsaber. Pew! Pew! Wooosh!
"Wow," Evaan giggled from the other side of the room, holding Leia closely to her. Luke took off the blindfold to see the sight of Evaan wrapping her arms around Leia. He tried not to stab her right there and then with his lightsaber. "You're really good at that," she complimented.
"It's the force," Luke explains, not making eye contact with Evaan. "It guides you, the surrounding energy that controls everything. You just trust in it."
"You're brother is wise," Evaan says to Leia. His sister nods in agreement, "Ev, is it okay if I leave you two alone for a while?"
For God sake, Leia - please don't leave me alone with her. Luke thought as he realised his sister called her Ev. Disgusting, Evaan was getting too close to her. Should he tell Han about what Evaan was planning?
"I have to say, for someone who's a lesbian, you're kinda cute." She says, sitting down and resting her legs on the table.
"Get your legs off," Luke snapped, putting his equipment away. She puts down her legs, her hair is free and open, long and the colour of sunshine. "Geez, don't be so picky, Luke." she smiled. He hated that smile. He sighed "what do you want, Verlaine?" he said, gritting his teeth and sitting opposite her.
"You know what I want." she smirked. God, does she ever stop smiling like a snake b****?
"I won't date you," he hissed, "you're just trying to use Han and I to get to Leia, aren't you? Well guess what, the two people we love are getting married, Evaan. Face the facts, we won't stand a chance. Just move on and find someone else."
Evaan laughs, cackling "you're a hypocrite, Skywalker. You think about that Corellian every night before you go to bed, you know what you've thought about. You know what you want. You want Han Solo to love you back."
Luke's chest tightened, he took a sharp breath. Evaan smirks when Luke goes silent, knowing that it was true.
"I'm not playing in your game, you snake b****." he snapped, standing up and opening the door, pointing to the exit. She refused sitting there, giving him an innocent look. "Get out," he said, gritting his teeth, he extended his arm out, using the Force he got his lightsaber, closing the door angrily and turning on his weapon, he pointed the laser-sword near her chest.
"Don't talk to me, or Leia or Han ever again. You're fishy. You're disgusting and I hate you."
She pouts, "someone's quick to judge."
"Get out." he said more firmly. She raises her hands in defense and walks out, "you should be considering this offer, Luke. Trust me, it's the only chance you'd ever get!" With that, Luke closed the door angrily, wrecking the chair next to him, breaking it into pieces. He breathed heavily. He needed help. Guidance. He puts away his weapon, tossing it on the table. Jedi were supposed to be nobel, strong and not give into any rage or hatred. To be calm and forgiving. He sighed and ruffled up his hair.
Suddenly, Leia stormed in, furious.
"You okay?" Luke asked, she rolled her eyes and slammed her fist on the table.
"You made Ev cry!" she shouted, Luke could already feel Evaan's snake-like smirk written all over her face as she's hearing this from the other hallway. Evaan was faking it. Again. She fake-cried... to get Leia on her side.
"I didn't mean to," Luke said, huffing angrily. Leia scoffed in shock, "didn't mean to? She said YOU pointed YOUR lightsaber in her FACE and told her that you hated her! She was into you, Luke! Just tell me, are you alright?" Leia calmed down a little, "I've been worried," she sits down and takes his hands. "I could tell you haven't been happy the last few days..."
Luke could feel Evaan's smirk fade, that made him smile internally. "Leia, I'm fine." he reassured her with a bright smile. "Trust me, I've had a few - issues with myself but I'm all good." Leia's features softened, wrapping Luke in a hug and kissing him on the forehead. "Luke, I'm here for you. Tell me anything, alright?" she said, leaving the room and waving her brother goodbye.
Evaan couldn't win this one. Not on his watch.
