Epilogue
"What have we learned from this? Love? Hope? Yeah, pretty much all those things but really what mattered was to just face your feelings." Han said, putting his daughter in his lap.
Luke laughed, bringing them tea "you are a bad storyteller," he told his husband. Their daughter was named Rey, they had adopted her after finding her being lost in Jakku. She had dark hair and eyes.
"Dad," she pouts, she was only around five or six at the time. "That's a boring story." she whines "I want to see how you guys blew up the death star!" she said, punching the air, she had a gap between her teeth, she just lost a tooth the other day.
"We already told you that," Luke sighed. Luke had wisps of grey hair and wore a glove on his metal arm. Han laughed and ruffled their daughter's hair. The doorbell rang. Luke opened the door, Leia enveloped her brother in a hug.
"How are you?" she smiled.
"I'm good, how are you?" Once she entered the living room, little Rey hopped off Han's lap and ran to her Aunty, hugging her tightly. "Aunt Leiaaa!" she cried, Leia smiled, kissing her niece on the forehead. Things were going good. It was a good life, where the flares were spread around their family. Full of love and hope.
The phone rings, "hello?" Luke says.
"Mr Skywalker, I'm afraid the Empire has returned."
THE END.
