I walk through your head every night
You cry and cry but I can't reach you
Old memories return with a vengeance
But I can't reach you
I walk through your head during the day
You die and die but I can't reach you
New memories are made
But I can't reach you
I live in a nightmare world
Everything hurts me
I lay down and I curl up in pain
There's nothing I can do but be here
I can't even breath but I try to help you
I stick around to heal you
I stay to understand you
I suddenly end up hurting you
Then this is all I can be
And then I wake up...
The nightmare is me.
