Chapter Six: The Truth

"Yes you came to me yesterday and we talked, I'm not sure where Soul got his information from" when professor Stien said that I about jumped up out of my chair.

I wasnt going crazy and I didnt do anything out of the ordinary, it made me happy and relieved. "It seems Elaine might cause trouble for you, I'd advise you steer clear, even though your father is gone people will still try to come after you"

"It seems to be the trend" Stien gave me one of those sorry kind of looks, but I didnt need the sympathy. I've had people gunning for me since I was 4.

"Anyways thanks professor" "Anytime" I left the class and turned to Hunter and Hayden. "Stien can vouch for me, Elaine is trying to stir up trouble" "I always knew something was off about her"

"Why do you say that?" "She came to the school three months after you fell into that coma, this school hasnt had a new student since us, she is also Hero's weapon, and ever since teaming up with her he has found his way into the E.A.T class" "No way!" "Way, but that's besides the point"

"As Soul's bestfriend I would like to say I didnt approve of the relationship, I wanted to kick his ass the first three months in" "I wish you did" "Me too"

Hayden sighs, refocusing us on the topic at hand. "Anyways, it's a little odd, why would she show up then? See a pattern?"

"You think shes like me, but has a different agenda?" "She has too be it's the only way" "Then we investigate, every student has a file, if you guys could distract the proxy long enough I could grab her file" "or" "or what"

Hunter just grinned before pulling out a vanilla folder from his bag, written across the tab was Yllris, Elaine.

"No way!" "Way" "Hunter how?" "Stien had it and I just happened to swipe it while he wasnt looking" "If he finds out.." "Dont worry he wont"

Jeez, idiot. Without another thought I take the folder and began to read her file. She was born in Italy, moved here when she found out she was a weapon blah blah blah. I kept skimming until a name caught my eye.

At first I thought it was a mistake, an error, but it wasnt, there in print was a birth certificate, a birth certificate that said Elaine Ylliris (y/l/n), with both my parents written on there.

I felt sick, like my whole world was about to come crashing down. I have a sister, a sister who's set on destroying me.

Hunters p.o.v
I guess I should have looked at the file before giving it to her because her whole body language changed when she stopped on one specific page, it made me wonder what it was, so I walked around and took a peak.

It was Elaine's birth certificate and there in writing was her given birth name, it was Elaine Ylliris (y/l/n). Holy shit Elaine is her sister.

"(Y/n), no one knew...." "How could you? I didnt even know, I have so many questions but I dount she would answer them, she is so hell bent on destroying me!"

"Maybe" "No, it's clear, she doesnt want me in her life, but I refuse to let her destroy Souls" "But he wants nothing..." "Yeah, I know, So I'll reach him the only way I can" "Dreamscaping?" "No, he would of blocked me out" "Then what?" "Ill... "

Before she could finish that thought Elaine approached with a huge grin on her face. I had a feeling we were about to find out why.

"I couldn't help but to over hear your conversation, hats off to you for figuring out so early, it only took you what, a week?" "Piss off" "Oh is that anyway to talk to your big sis"

That comment made (y/n) angry. "Listen up, this is how all of this is gonna work, I'm gonna walk away and continue on with my plans and your not going to stop me" "Oh like that's gonna get you far!"

"It will because if you dont comply I'll kill Liz, Patty and Soul"

Liz...

"Like hell! I wont let you touch her!" "Oh sweet simple minded Hunter, I wouldnt, but it doesnt mean someone else wouldnt do the job for me" "You, you.."

"You wont get away with this" "Watch me" and like that she was gone, leaving all three of us in distress. Here we are, not even a week after (y/n) waking up and were back to the same old. So much for taking that well needed rest.

"Shes been here for a year, no one knows what she has already done, why hasnt Stien said anything to anyone!" "I dont think he can, he doesnt have a solid amount of evidence against her, all he has is that she is your sister"

"Damn, damn, damn!" She slammed her fist against the wall, causing a crack to erupt down it. Poor (y/n), there has to be a way to help.

It's been a week since being awake and my so well long and needed break has come to an end. Trouble seems to follow wherever I go.

This time will be different, I'm different now, she wants to play ball, we will play. She may be the older sibling but I know I'll come out victorious. Worse comes to worse I die trying, so why the hell not.
