(Reyna)
The day I met the Hunters of Artemis was one of the most terrifying days of my life, and I fight literal monsters for a living!
It went like this... (Go Back in time like 3 years before)
The hunters had been staying at Camp Jupiter for a bit, in search of a threat nearby. I didn't mind, I got to spend time with Thalia. After the kidnapping incident, we've become quite close. But only as FRIENDS!!
Anyway I was walking around camp when the goddess approached me. She was the form of a 13 year old girl, making her shorter than me. It was hard to accept that before me was an olympian.
I bowed out of respect. "Lady Artemis" I rose to find her studying me. I shifted under her gaze. "So, your the praetor I've heard so much about. Reyna? Correct?" She asked. "Yes, my lady." I answered unsure.
She nodded. "If I may ask? Who have you heard of me from?" She smiled "Why Thalia, of course" I was surprised, Thalia talked about me? My cheeks became slightly warm. "Well were just friends" I shrugged.
Artemis looked at me with a sudden sadness, as if this brought a sad memory. "She seems to be quite fond of you. I must admit, she speaks very highly of you" She said with a raised eyebrow.
My cheeks grew warmer. "I must be off now, it was good to meet you Reyna." She turned. I began to walk away when-
"Oh and Reyna?' She placed her hand on my shoulder. 'If you hurt her, I will not hesitate to make you a jackalope." She threatened. I simply nodded out of fear.
Needless to say when we started dating, I was given a similar threat.
