Lucas felt his phone vibrate, he froze, looking over at Vivian, just as afraid as he was.

Remi: Now
Remi: come out of hiding
Remi: Or I'll force you too

Remi has been forced into kill-mode, xer target, Lucas. "What do we do?" Vivian mouthed, knowing xe could hear them even at the quietest whisper.

"Wait,"

He heard the heavy footsteps walk past, trying to stay silent as he heard to the door handle jiggle, right as it opened....

Black. All black.

Lucas woke up in his room, he heard the familiar low ribbets of his frogs, and besides him was the Android, arm wrapped in bandage. Xe looked apologetic, xer eyes flickering up to meet Lucas'. "I apologize for that," Lucas nodded.

"It's okay," he sat up and curled into Remis chest, it doesn't matter what happened, it matters that his best friend is right here.
