Date: December 24, 1996 11:00am

Shayne's POV

I just landed in Hartford and now, Im looking around for my family but I can't find them For it to be Christmas Eve, the airport is relatively empty So I don't understand why it's so difficult for me to find them I sit down on a bench because my feet are starting to hurt like hell All of a sudden, I hear my name

Christopher: Auntie Shay!!

(I smiled and stood up. He ran to me and hugged me tight. Scarlet and David walked up a few seconds later.)

Shayne: Hey little man How are you?

Christopher: Good I missed you auntie

Shayne:(Smiles) I missed you too honey

Scarlet: Hey Morgan

Shayne: Hey Micah

(She hugged me gently. I looked at David.)

David: Damn, you and Mike sure didn't waste any time, ya'll?

Shayne:(Laughs) Shut up and give me a hug

(He hugged me strongly. He grabbed my bag and we walked out of the airport and to their car. The whole ride to my parents house, we just caught up with each other. When we pulled up in the driveway, I saw a car that I didn't recognize.)

Shayne: Hey, who's car?

Scarlet: Um, you'll see when we get in the house

(Um, ok? We got out of the car and walked into the house. The smell of turkey and ham filled my nose. I walked into the kitchen and saw my mom and Sage at the stove. I also saw a guy that I had never seen before sitting at the counter.)

Miranda: Shayne!!

(She ran over to me and hugged me. She pulled away and kissed my belly.)

Miranda: How was your flight? Are you alright?

Shayne:(Laughs) Yes mommy Im fine

Sage: I missed you Shay

Shayne: I missed you more munchkin

(I hugged her and she rubbed my belly.)

Sage: How's my nephew doing?

Shayne: He's good

Sage: How much longer?

Shayne: 12 more weeks

(I had noticed the guy had gotten up and was smiling at me.)

Shayne: Um, who is this?

Sage:(Looks at him) Come here

(He walked over and stood next to Sage. She put her arm around his waist.)

Sage: Shay, this is Rayan......My boyfriend Rayan, this is my other big sister, Shayne

(My mouth dropped into an "O" shape.)

Rayan: Its nice to finally meet you Ive heard so much about you

Shayne: Its nice to meet you too

(My dad walked into the kitchen.)

Shawn: There's my beautiful little pregnant daughter

(He hugged me and kissed my forehead.)

Shayne:(Smiles) Hi daddy

Shawn: How's my linebacker?

Shayne: Daddy, the way this little boy moves, I think he's gonna take after Michael
