I feel like I failed as a parent. I feel like I was just given the nanny job. Something is always happening to my kids. I just feel horrible.
My baby Chase was shot in his leg while we were having a normal ass family day. I wouldn't wish this pain on nobody. Not even my worse enemy.
I'm trying not to cry but my baby is hurt and I can't do anything but be here for him and wait in this waiting room. I looked over at Kel and he was pacing back and forth.
"Kel can you please sit down? It's making me nervous right now." I said truthfully. "Bae I can't Aight? My son in there shot because of me most likely! I can't sit still." He said continuing to pace. "Tf do you mean it's your fault?" I said only hearing that part. "That bitch came back by today." He said with his head down. "You let that bitch shoot my kid! Ima kill her! CONTROL YO WIFE KELVIN! IM SICK OF ALL THIS DRAMA! Both of my kids have been shot within the last month because of you! I'm sick of all of this drama and shootings! Someone always ends up hurt and I'm sick of it." I yelled crying.
"So what you blaming me for everything that happened to you ever since we met?" He asked and stopped pacing. I didn't even reply. All he did was nod his head.
"I guess that's a yes, I'll be gone when I make sure Chase is straight." He said sitting down. My heart just fell to my stomach. I can't help how I feel and how shit looks. I love Kel but something isn't sitting right with me. This bitch is after something and I want to find out wtf it is. It can't be just Kelvin.
"Everybody needs to calm down for Lil man's sake. Y'all emotions are everywhere right now aight? Just calm down." Jayden said looking at me and Kel. I can't believe this bs is happening to my baby.
"Yeah, Jayden is right. Everybody needs to calm down for my godsons sake. Arguing won't heal him." Zeekie said hugging Kane.
"The family of Chase Thomas." The doctor called out.
"That's us! I'm his mom and this is his dad." I said pointing. "Well your baby boy is strong and he's a talker. It's like the gun shot didn't even affect him. You guys can go see him though. But please be careful, he was shot in his leg. Those meds are the reason he's not feeling anything." She said smiling and walking to the back.
"Thank you Jesus!" I said screaming and jumping on Kel. He hugged my waist for about ten seconds then he shrugged me off. Here we go.
We all walked to the back following the doctor.
"Here you are! I think the parents and the oldest brother should go first." She smiled and walked away. Me, Kel and Riley all walked into the room together.
I quickly rushed over to my babies side.
"Oh pumpkin I'm so sorry this happened to you." I said crying my eyes out. "Mommy I'm strong." He said showing his muscles. "I know baby you're very strong." I said kissing his cheek and wiping my face. "How are you feeling champ? Nobody can hurt Iron Man." Kel said smiling at him and giving him his Iron Man toy. "Nope!" He smiled. "Wassup punk, I'm glad you're okay." Riley said hugging him.
Everyone came in and showed my baby all the love he needed. I was so happy I had friends and family with me. Idk what I would do without them.
"Omg baby our son, is he hurt?" That bitch said running into the room. She looked at me and smirked.
"Oh ima kill this bitch!" I said running towards her. I got her to the ground and tried to beat her face in but Riley and Kel stopped me.
"GET OFF OF ME!" I yelled trying to get free. "KYLA YOU ARE PREGNANT!" Kel yelled sitting me on the couch. "Well control that bitch! I'm sick of her ass! Both of y'all get out!" I screamed. "Come on baby, we don't need that bitch no mo." She said grabbing his shoulder. He didn't even shrug her off.
"Ma you gotta calm down okay? The baby can get hurt because of the way you are acting. Calm down ma, we got you. That bitch gone get hers trust me." He said as I laid my head on his shoulder.
It was quiet for a minute. All you could hear was the machines beeping and Chase's light snores. That medicine knocked him out cold.
"Ma Chic has been trying to contact me. He keeps saying he wants his kids back." He said looking at me. If it's not one damn thing, it's a fucking another.
