I feel so brokenhearted
Downtrodden, on my knees
But God is always with me
Even through the sufferings
I doubt a lot, it's true
But God's still here for me and you
He knows my name
He knows my pain
Hurts.
Stings.
Sufferings.
Striving.
Burdens.
Doubts.
HE KNOWS
He takes them all away
He gets me through the day
I'm so weak and small
But God will never let me fall
He knows where I'm raw
He knows my flaws
Faults.
Passions.
Shortcomings.
Failures.
Problems.
Obstacles.
Troubles.
HE KNOWS
His love for us will never end
Even though we've sinned
Time and time again
We will always win
Thank You, God, for being here
And taking away all our fears
When you think no one understands

This poem is inspired by the song "He Knows" by Jeremy Camp. If you haven't heard this song (and even if you have) CHECK IT OUT!!!!! Such a beautiful song, not to mention the great meaning behind it. After listening to it, I literally had tears in my eyes because I felt so loved and taken care of. God does know every hurt and suffering we're going through. We are not alone. God is watching over and taking care of us all. Thank you Jeremy Camp for writing such an inspiring song!!!
