No smile without a frown
No night without day
No work without play
No dirty without clean
No nice without mean
No happy without sad
No good without bad
Life needs opposites to keep on keeping on
So don't be afraid when things go wrong
Don't be afraid to be down
Or to wear a frown
It's okay to be sad
Or to be a little bad
Just remember through it all:
You can get up after you fall.
