Soon after both of them left Ayesha noticed Abhimanyu standing at the door with his head hung low. He was not facing her. She understood that he was still effected by what happened today.
Though, she was safe and sound in front of him but still he was not able to forget the fact that she had fallen in his arms all lifeless! She was almost dead.
His eyes travelled to a weak Ayesha who half sat on the hospital bed looking at him smilingly. Her long, black hair were open and she was dressed in a long full sleeved sky blue coloured hospital gown.
Her face was pale and dried tears had accumulated on her cheeks. She had a small bandage tied on the side of her forehead due to the minor injury she had when Rahul had pushed to the ground when she tried to save Abhimanyu from his tortures!
Her eyes were red due to the constant stream of tears falling down her eyes as she saw the love of her life standing in front of her. She knew he was broken and shattered at that time! He was weak. She knew she had to fix him, with her tender love and care!
❝Abhi, come here.❞
Ayesha said ever so softly spreading her arms for Abhimanyu to come close to her.
Abhimanyu without even thinking for a second rushed towards Ayesha and took her in his arms hiding his face in her hair and started kissing her shoulder gently while Ayesha softly caressed his nape and his hair rubbing his back lovingly and affectionately in an attempt to comfort him.
