Chapter: 12 The 'Great' Prison Break

Y/N POV

I formulated a plan that'll hopefully help me save my teammates. I place a speaker and go away so that I won't be caught while doing this. "Are you fucking crazy!? Why place a speaker!?" Jack quietly shouted at me. I hit the ring because he can somehow feel pain.
"You got a better idea?" Jack stayed silent, he never has a good idea. I place another speaker that I know my sis can hear, then go away to another spot. I place another speaker and I set this one to collect sound and make the other speakers produce the sound that it picks up. I then screamed, in my highest voice possible and the feedback loop went and went and went making it more higher pitched than the last. All the students and teachers are covering their ears and screaming in pain, which the speaker picks up, adding more screaming to my concert of greatness.

I head to the tower, while everyone's trying to stop me, but they're ears are going to explode soon. I also hid those speakers so they won't find it easily. I hope my teammates get the memo and try to break out. I see the glass shatter, but I still went to the elevator which my teammates are in it and we ran. I hope my sister dies of the noise, or goes completely deaf. I put down a card that said, 'It is I, the great Y/N and I have done a magic trick. When you next look up, you will see that my teammates and I are nowhere around.'

Timeskip to morning

I look at my team with a grin and they looked happy to see me. Lapis was crying, Cole was asking questions about how I lived and Dan said nothing. I turn into an alleyway losing my team and ask Jack if they are actually my team. Jack responds with, "Yeah, yeah, they're your team members, but beware of Dan. He's got family members on the line." I get the memo, but yeah I'll be careful around Dan.
"So, you like my magic trick?" I say while appearing behind them. "Obviously, the ring here," I point towards Jack, "helped me, with it's UNIMAGINABLE power."
"Oh, they can't hear me. I'm sort of like a voice in your head, but I know more than you." I grow angry at Jack, but don't show him it.
Cole asks me, "What else can it do!? Can it change you into a bird? Like a crow or a raven?"
I shake my head and reply with, "It's not unimaginable for a reason, idiot. So, tell me; Does Olivia really want me Alive only?" They nod.
"I think, now that we're out of there, school will go on like before." Dan says with a sad look. I was the only person that saw it and gave no indication of it.
"Don't you mean the prison? It was something I learned by listening to something about the changes of Beacon." Well, I didn't lie and I didn't tell the full truth. "Well, let's have a look around town." I say while whistling and walking off.

Nitro POV

Did he really not see that sad look? I can't say anything about the school or else someone in my family dies. I really hope my cousins are okay, I really like them. Maybe he's not showing that he understood, so no one will suspect anything. Nah, he's too dumb to do that. We walked to a couple stores and got some things by the request of Y/N with Lapis' credit card. I'm beginning to think the ring has taken over his mind. We then pick an inn called the 'Twin Rings' Resting Place'. We got a room near the second floor stairs, which I regrettably told Olivia about. Y/N says he was going out for a walk, which I said I'd tag along with. That left Cole and a girl to share a room. A girl being Lapis, who doesn't like her family and Cole, being Cole.

Y/N POV

I was going to go out for a leisurely walk and ask Jack a couple questions, but Dan said he would join. That threw out some ideas for questions, as I didn't want to make it sound like I talk to myself.
"Before our walk, we need some food and this place doubles as a tavern." I say with a big grin on my face while my stomach growled. We went down to the first floor and ordered some food.
I also asked a waitress, "Why was this place named the 'Twin Rings' Resting Place'?" I say with curiosity.
I first heard the waitress' reply saying, "Oh, I don't know. This place was owned by my Grandfather before he died and he gave it to me." She knows more than she lets on.
I then hear Jack say, "It was named this because the set that I belong to was originally 7, but someone broke the 2 most powerful of all the rings in this spot. Her grandfather was probably trying to remake those 2 rings, which he didn't." 'Thank you, Jack,' I think. "No problem, Y/N." After we ate we went out for a walk that lasted a bit, I kept moving to avoid the Faunas I noticed, not trusting them.
