I reach out, waiting
Oh, there you are
Your giggles, your smiles
They make my heart flutter
The invisible wings of a butterfly
Tickling my stomach.
I open my mouth to speak
Waiting, aching to hear your laugh
Craving the feeling of your embrace.
Ha, I could wait forever,
To taste that sweet happiness with you.
I say your name
The sweet words, rolling off my tongue
You look back
O, those eyes
So beautiful, that hazelnut brown!
But I stop,
You don't notice,
Me in the back you don't hear me.
I have so many things to say
So many thoughts to share
I'd pay millions of dollars
Just to hear your laugh, see your smile
But never mind.
