Miraculous Pirates

Chapter 1

Adrien POV: 

It was like any other normal day aboard the Chat Noir. My famous pirate ship was first a gift from my father, in hopes that I would actually become a pirate, but when I gained even some fame, he decided to throw me out, and told me to never come back. He said he didn't want to see my face because I reminded him of my mother. 

We haven't spoken or seen each other since.

"You okay cap?" I heard my first mate and best friend say

"Yeah, I'm all good." I said

I stared beyond to ship to the waters. Ever since I had been on the water, I never wanted to leave it. It was like I belonged on the waters. I did go to land every once in a while, but I never stayed away from the water for long.

"Everything normal?" I asked

"Nothing's wrong, so yeah, I guess." Nino said

Suddenly, we heard Ivan shout down to us

"There's a ship up ahead! Twelve o'clock!" He yelled to us

Nino and I looked at each other, and grinned.

"Ready to sink another ship and earn another hard day's work?" He asked

"Like you even had to say anything" I said, giving him a grin

Our ship was headed straight for the other. Soon we had almost got in firing distance.

The ship looked like A luxury cruise yacht. No defenses, nothing to make it go faster, it looked like the kind of a boat that people would buy because they didn't have anything better to do with their money.

Eh. The richer the people were, the bigger the payday.

We came within firing distance, and I saw a bit of movement below the decks of their ship.

"Alright!" Ivan shouted at the boat to get their attention "Give up your boat and money, and we might let you live!" 

I saw more movement below deck, and soon, two girls came out.

Girls? I didn't expect them to be in charge of a ship. Maybe their captain was sleeping on the job or something...

One girl was in an orangeish yellowish dress, and the other had on a white dress that went into pink at the bottom. They were rich alright.

The one in pink whispered to the one in the orange, then the one in orange went to the captain's quarters and tried the handle.

"What do you want?" The one in pink said. She looked shy, and so small. An easy target.

"We already told you." I said "Give us your money, and we might let you go!" 

"What makes you think we would do that?" She asked

"We could sink you, your ship, and all your little party cruise friends." I said, gesturing to the cannons

"Better sink than submit ourselves to being so weak as to let pirates tell us what to do!" She said

"As you wish." I said as I lit a cannon that was pre-loaded with a cannonball.

Her eyes widened, and the cannon fired. It hit the side of the boat, half in the water. Perfect hit

The ship took in the water slowly, but it was still taking it in.

"Hop aboard men!" I yelled

We all grabbed our side ropes and swung onto their ship. My target was that girl who talked back. No one talks back to a pirate. Especially a spoiled rich kid.
