Miraculous Pirates

Chapter 8

Marinette POV: 

Usually, I'm the first one up, but I guess five days with no sleep changes that.

I yawned, rubbed my eyes, and tried to sit up, but something was pulling me down.

I turned my head to see Adrien still asleep, with his arms wrapped around me, holding me to the bed.

That's when I noticed Alya and Nino at the door.

"So, I guess you and the former captain settled it then, huh?" Alya said

I remembered all of last night in a flash

"Nino is my witness that this happened." Alya said, turning around and going out the door.

I was about to protest, but I figured Alya had already won this round.

I put my head back down on the pillow and heard Nino close the door on his way out.

I was going to try and break free of Adrien's hold, but he stirred.

"Oh, good morning, princess." He said, with his voice still full of sleep.

"Morning Adrien." I said

He sat up, and I was going to do the same, but he pinned me down to the bed, on top of me in a push-up position.

"I'm hungry." He said

"I can go make breakfast..." I said nervously

"No, I'm not talking about that hunger." He said

"What do you—" He didn't let me finish

His mouth was on mine, and before I could process it, his tongue was in my mouth too. My hands went to their places of last night. One entertwining with his hair, and one on his strong back.

His hands were a little different. One was around the back of my neck, and the other was at the top of the front of my corset.

His mouth broke loose from mine and I gasped for air, but his mouth didn't go back to mine. He fit his lips along my jaw, then he slowly moved down. He got to my collarbone like before, but this time I didn't push him away. He moved down and got to the top of the corset. His hand tugged at it, trying to make it go lower, but it wouldn't budge.

He came back up to meet my eyes, and stared deep into them with a hungry look.

"Why don't we take that corset of your off, eh?" He said.

My eyes widened and I didn't even respond. I rolled off the bed, and pulled out of his grip.

He groaned and looked so sad.

"Come back Princess. I wasn't done yet." He said

"I need to make breakfast for the crew." I said

I left and got the fish, then after I made breakfast, I left some for the rest of the crew, then grabbed two plates and headed for the captains quarters.

I pushed through the door backwards and set the dishes on a nearby table, then I moved to my daggers and started putting them on. 

"Are you ready to continue princess?" Adrien asked

"Actually, we need to eat and get ready." I said

"Why not take a day off?" Adrien asked 

"Because we're about two hours from reaching our destination." I said

"You're really going through with this, aren't you?" He said, getting up.

"Yep. There's no stopping me now." I said, digging into my fish breakfast
