The next day of school started off pretty normally for Jungkook. Well expect the lecture he received from his dad before he left.

"Jungkook don't you dare talk to those things" his dad looked back into the kitchen from the dining room to make sure that Jungkook's mom wasn't listening, "if I find out from one of the officers stationed at the school that you even try to be friendly to any of them, I will move you to another school in a instant."

Jungkook couldn't believe his dad and why he hated these people so much. He was able to be his own person without any say from his dad. He could be friends with anyone he wanted.

As Jungkook made his way to his locker, he didn't notice a person down the hall staring at him.

After getting his books for his first class he closed his locker, jumping in surprise as he saw someone leaning on the locker next to his.

"Hi, you're Jungkook right?"

Jungkook stared for a second, "um yeah that's me"

"Well I'm Taehyung" he says, reaching out his hand.

Jungkook shakes his hand, stilling staring at Taehyung. Up close he was sure that he had seen him somewhere before but just can't place it.

Taehyung noticed the nonresponess of Jungkook and continued talking, "look, I just wanted to thank you."

This broke Jungkook out of his trance, "thank me? For what?"

"You befriended Jihyo" Taehyung awkwardly scratched the back of his head, "I thought she would struggle with being at this school since she's a little younger but having you helped her a lot. She might be better adjusted to this school then any of our other friends. So thank you."

Jungkook didn't know what to say and continued to stare at Taehyung. Not only did he feel like he recognized him from up close but now he can see how attractive he really is. He was awestruck. His Ash hair went perfectly with his honey skin. He was a little taller then Jungkook but not by much. Since Jungkook was shorter he saw the small mole on the bottom of his nose.

Taehyung noticed how Jungkook was back into his trace and waved a hand in front of his face.

"Oh sorry-- wait thank you" Jungkook felt stupid. A guy should not be able to affect him this much. "No I meant you're welcome"

Jungkook watched as Taehyung chuckled and he noticed a slight boxy smile.

"Well Jungkook, I'm going to head to class so I'll see you around" Taehyung waved and walked away.

Seeing Taehyung's retreating back, Jungkook turned around and hit his head on his locker. "Why am I so dumb"

"You're just learning this now? You've always been dumb."

Jungkook looked over his shoulder to see Jimin with Namjoon right behind him on his phone. "Shut up midget"

"Wow the disrespect" Jimin acted hurt with a hand over his chest.
"Ok but why were you calling yourself dumb"

"Because I just embarrassed myself infront of one of the HOTTEST people I have even seen!" With that he hit his head again but with time with his hand.

"Well maybe as you wallow in your self pity, you make your way to class?" Namjoon looked up from his phone to remind Jungkook that his class starts in a few minutes.

"Crap you're right, I'll see you guys at lunch."

"Hi Jungkook!"

"Hey Jihyo"

"Why do you seem weird?" Jihyo noticed that Jungkook seemed a little off today and he was almost late to class

"Sorry I just had a rough morning. First I get yelled at by my dad and than I embarrasses myself infront of someone that's really attractive."

"You find someone attractive? Who is it and are they going to be your next boyfriend or girlfriend?" Jihyo was intrigued.

"Oh I'm gay so boyfriend" Jungkook said nonchalantly. "Wait I mean hypothetically they would be my boyfriend" his face was red.

"Ohhhh, well who is it?"

His eyes widen. "Uh no one you would know." Than he got an idea to get some information on Taehyung. "Let's change the subject . . . are any of your friends gay?"

Wow smooth Jungkook

Jihyo laughed "well yeah all of them are, except me and Hoseok" now she was starting to understand.
"Why do you ask?"

Jungkook looked away slightly, "oh you know, nothing much" but than he broke knowing Jihyo was catching on, "becausetaehyungisreallyhotandiwanttodatehim"

Jihyo burst out in laughter. "I knew there was some other reason"

Jungkook whole face was red know. He didn't understand how or why he kept embarrassing himself today.

"Jungkook I'm not going to say much. But I think you have a chance."

After this Jungkook was shook. As he started to ask more about what she was talking about, the teacher walked in ending their conversation. He spent the rest of the class thinking about Jihyo's words.

Could he have a chance?
