It's been no longer than 24 hours and I'm already sick to death of just sitting here. No pun intended seen as though I did almost actually die...

There's nothing to do. The only time I'm not wanting to jump out of the window and make a run for it is when there's someone here to talk to me.

Alby's been twice and Minho once but that blonde, who's name is apparently Newt, hasn't been again.

I couldn't help but silently hope that he'd come just so that I could apologise in a way or even just to see if he's alright.

I'd mentioned him a few times in my diary, if it is actually mine, and I think he's the 'N' on the cover. I read over it every so often, looking at the words 'best friend' almost as if they're just gonna disappear.

Then there's the 'M' who I'm guessing is Minho just because he's the only person I've seen so far with a name beginning with M. It could very well be someone else but, for now, I'm just gonna say it's him. Looking at what he wrote constantly makes me wonder if he ever actually did get into the diary. Well, I guess I'll never know.

"Rise and shine!" Jeff's way too cheery voice momentarily pulled me from my thoughts. He smiled at me, shutting the door behind him.

"I've been awake for like two hours," I blandly remarked.

"Oh no, what will you do?" He pressed his hands against his cheeks dramatically.

"Alright, no need for the sarcasm," I snapped jokingly as I tried, yet again, to stand up.

Jeff wrapped his hands around my arm to help lift me up, which I appreciated seen as though it was pretty difficult. Thankfully, even when I was stood up, he didn't let go just to make sure I didn't fall back down.

It felt weird; being able to stand up. It almost felt as if I shouldn't be stood up, like it was wrong. But I didn't care. I'm sick of just laying down and doing nothing. If I'm like this now then imagine what it'd be like if I stayed there any longer.

"You wanna go outside?" He asked, tightening his grip on my arm, earning a nod in response.

Slowly, he took his hands away but still stayed close so that I could walk on my own, lessening the chance of falling.

It took a minute or so to actually get used to the weight on my legs but soon enough. I was walking like nothing ever happened. Well, I did have a slight limp from my right foot but it's still progress.

"You can't go out for too long though," Jeff added.

"What? Why?" I asked, turning to look at the boy who was currently giving me a sympathetic smile.

"I know it sucks but you've been unconscious for a week. It's gonna take longer than a day to recover."

"I'm fine though. Look." I did a little jump just to prove that I was okay, regretting it straight away.

A small wave of pain shot through my foot almost making me topple over. Jeff reached out and gripped my arm again before I could fall down.

"Yeah, fine." He raised an eyebrow at me which I shugged off and walked out of the room. Although, some may say I hopped.

As soon as I was outside, at least ten pairs of eyes were on me. Awkward doesn't even begin to describe what it was like. Some of them just gawked at me, others actually had the decency to smile.

A certain pair of brown eyes caught my attention.

"Why are you up already?" Newt asked, confusion clear on his face.
