Chapter 5

"Wait" Luke shouted. I turned around confused.

"There's this party tonight, we wanted to know if you guys wanted to come." without hesitation Hadley answered.

"Of course we would, but we have no more clothes".

"No problem, you can each get a dress, on us" Michael said proudly. Let's just say we didn't really have a choice in the matter. The boys walked us back to our room and gave us some cash for our dresses, we said our thanks and walked in our room. After shutting the door we just looked at each other.

"So, I guess we're going to a party tonight". Hadley just rolled her eyes.

"Do I even need to say why this is such a bad idea?"

"Don't be such a negative Nancy" I said glaring at Hadley

"Seriously, Bradley this a Hollywood party, we're all 17 except for you who is 16, and I'm pretty sure they'll be drinks there"

"Of course there will be like you said it's a Hollywood party"

"I'm sure it'll be fine Hadley" Carter said.

"None of us are gonna get drunk, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who's ever even had a drink in their life" I said.

"Come on, let's just go get some dresses" thankfully Hadley didn't give a fight, she just got up with the rest of us. As we walked down the streets of LA we found a store that stood out to us. We walked in and I could tell Delaney found her dress as we walked in. It took us about a good hour and a half for each of us to find our perfect dress.

When we got back it was nearly 6, meaning that we had about 3 hours until the boys would arrive. I ran into the bathroom so I could start on my makeup. Hadley and Carter sat on the couch watching spongebob while Delaney started on her hair. Delaney curled her hair in loose ringlets so it looked more like a beach wave, for my makeup I did a rather light smokey eye with a winged eye and a bold red lip. Then Delaney and I switched, I straightened my hair and parted it to the left. Delaney did simple makeup with a shimmering eyeshadow and a pale pink lip. Delaney and I finished around the same time, so Hadley and Carter took that as a cue to get ready. Hadley just left her hair natural, which always looked good considering it had a natural wave to it, and Carter curled her hair in tight ringlets which looked good with her natural highlights. Makeup wise Hadley applied a brown eyeliner to make her eyes pop and a nude color eyeshadow, Carter on the other hand used a teal shadow to match her dress and her signature baby lips.

We all got into our dresses and waited for the boys to pick us up. Carter's dress was a fitted lace teal one, and Delaney's was a fitted black one with a crisscross back and shear sleeves. Hadley's was the most modest of the group, hers was a flowy black dress with a cutout down the front, and finally mine was a fitted sparkly dress with a scooped down back.

Just after we got our dresses on there was a knock. I opened the door to 4 very similarly dressed boys.

"Wow" all four of them said in unison.

"Might want to control that drooling problem" I said making all of the boys blush instantaneously.

"You look beautiful" Luke said with a smirk on his facing paying me back while he watched the blush creep up on my face.

"Should we get going" Carter said knowing I get uncomfortable when complimented.

"So here we are" Ashton said

"So this is a real Hollywood party, huh?" Carter said smirking. We followed the boys up the steps to the huge building that was apparently holding hundreds of people. As we walked in I recognized some familiar faces, most of them were famous though. I almost screamed when I saw Caspar Lee and Joe Sugg, totally forgetting that Ashton and Caspar were friends. When I turned around to tell Delaney I noticed everyone was gone. Carter was dancing with Ashton, Delaney was sitting at the bar with Calum who was already getting drinks, and I couldn't find Hadley or Michael anywhere. I turned around not knowing where to go when Luke bumped into me.

"Hey, there you are" he said before sipping his drink.

"How's the party so far" he asked.

"Well it's only been like 5 minutes, but so far I've seen Caspar Lee and Joe Sugg, so pretty good" I said laughing a little. I excused myself quickly so I could go to the bathroom, but really I didn't know how to hold a good conversation with Luke.

When I got out of the bathroom I headed towards the bar. I ordered 3 shots of straight Vodka hoping to calm my nerves. Before I knew it I was drunk, like the kind where you stumble so much you might as well just quit walking all together. I spotted Luke and ran/tripped over to him.

"Lukey" I shouted getting his attention.

"Oh how I missed you" I said leaning onto him for balance.

"Bradley?" He said with a puzzled look on his face.

"That's me silly" I said with a silly grin on my face.

"Are you okay?" He asked showing concern.

"Just peachy Lukey."

"Have you been drinking."

"Maybe just a little" I said with a childish smile.

"How many?"

"Just 3 shots."

"Okay, let's go home, I think you're a little drunk."

"Awe, but Lukey I was having fun."

"That's okay Bradley, we can fun once you're okay, alright?"

"Awe that sounds great Lukey."
