'Ugh' A groan was heard in a white room. The moonlit window was the only light in the room, giving it a soothing hue. Though, it was a soothing scenery, it didn't help a certain Robin fall asleep. Dick Grayson laid in his bed, wide awake. He slowly closed his eyes, trying to sleep and get the memories out of his head. Speaking of memories, memories of Dick and Wally kept appearing. The first time they met, their first hangout, their games, parties they've went to, everything was there. Except, he saw two versions of them; One showed his usual memories, them wearing their disguises and regular clothes, but the other showed them in old Shakespeare-like attire. Dick didn't know why, but he couldn't get either memories out of his head. A low growl emitted from the teen's mouth, fangs softly visible. "My child...?" A soothing voice spoke out in the dark room. Dick sat up, already recognizing the voice. "Yes, Lady Aoibhinn?" Dick asked coolly, trying to calm his temper. The Crimson silhouette sat beside Dick, feeling his tension. "What are you doing up at this hour?" Aoibhinn calmly asked, already knowing what he would say. Dick sighed, calming his nerves. 'Her voice, this moonlit room, and Wally really calms me down...' Dick thought with said calmness before he looked at Aoibhinn. "Lately, I've seen two versions of the same memories I have with Wally and I don't even know what the other version means..." Dick stated worriedly, beginning to think it had something to do with the Joker. Aoibhinn nodded her head, looking to be deep in thought. "Maybe he is our Lost Soul..." Aoibhinn stated absentmindedly. Dick tilted his head. "Beg your pardon?" Dick asked, more so confused on the "Lost Soul" business, rather than her muttering. Aoibhinn awoke from her trance before taking a deep breath. Once sighing, the aura around them became serious. "I will tell you how much of my Life I remember..." Aoibhinn began, a calm, yet, dark aura growing. Dick, having already felt the change, nodded before listening to his Soul. With another sigh, Aoibhinn spoke. "It all started in the year 1423. For years, my Mate and I have ruled over our Kingdom in Transylvania." Aoibhinn stated carefully. Dick paused before nodding. Aoibhinn nodded back. "With said rule, came fear by the Humans. We would wait until Nightfall to hunt - and, very much, kill - our prey; It was a regular routine for us." Aoibhinn stated coolly, shrugging her shoulders in the process. Dick held back a laugh, but nodded. Slowly, a smile grew on Aoibhinn's lips, making Dick raise a brow. "When it was 1429, my Mate and I found out I was baring our Cub..." Aoibhinn stated wistfully, rubbing her slim stomach. With a grimacing look, she continued. "For several months, I stayed within the castle walls, for my Mate feared that I would get hurt, otherwise. I was fine with it, since him and I had the same understanding." Aoibhinn giggled at all the memories. The food cravings, mood swings, even the morning sicknesses. Dick felt the joyful aura, so he smiled before nodding. Aoibhinn returned the nod. "Finally, in the year 1430, we gave birth to our Cub, Vlad Dracula..." Aoibhinn slightly cracked, having not been able to mention her Son's name in so long. Dick didn't move, seemingly knowing the pain. 'What I went through was watching my parents die...' 'I didn't die before my Cub.' 'I don't even have one!' Dick thought warily. Though he knew he didn't bare a Cub, he still rubbed his stomach, having familiarity with the feeling. Aoibhinn sighed, trying to settle her pained nerves. "Then, in the year 1549, my Mate and I were murdered by the Humans..." Aoibhinn stated numbly. A single tear escaped her's and Dick's eye, both grimacing at the memory. Aoibhinn shook her head, while Dick wiped his Nordic Blue eyes. Once all was calm, Dick nodded his head, confusing Aoibhinn. "That makes a lot of sense..." Dick finally stated, trying to focus on the reason of their discussion. Aoibhinn returned the nod, her once calm aura returning. Dick still had questions, though. 'Why is it only with Wally?' 'What about Megan, Connor, Kaldur, Batman, everyone else...?' 'Why only Wally?' Dick thought quizzically, trying to analyze the situation. Aoibhinn giggled, gaining Dick's attention. "What is it...?" Dick asked coolly, closely examining his Soul. When Aoibhinn calmed down, she gave Dick a smirk, confusing the teen more. "The reason why it's 'Wally' is because he is your Bonded Soulmate~" Aoibhinn stated joyfully with another giggle. Dick blushed a deep Crimson. 'Soulmate?' 'Like, Love?' Dick thought nervously, his blush growing slightly. Biting his lip, he looks at Aoibhinn. "N-now, how do you know if we are... f-Bonded?!" Dick quietly protested, hoping Aoibhinn didn't notice the stutter. She did, however, and began to softly chuckle. Dick huffed, feeling his pride sting.

Finally, after several minutes of laughter, Aoibhinn calmed down. The two sat in the dark, moonlit room in silence. 'Knock' 'Knock' Light knocking was heard towards the door. Aoibhinn hid within Dick's Soul, Dick clearing his throat. "Come in..." Dick stated sheepishly, sounding more tired than nervous. The sound of the door sliding open and shut was heard before foot steps. Dick held his breath before seeing whom knocked upon his door. "Hey..." Wally West muttered calmly, leaning against the wall while holding his elbows. Dick's blush slowly returned, unbeknownst to Wally. "Hey..." Dick muttered back, feeling slightly awkward around his companion. Wally slowly walked towards Dick, a calm aura around the redhead. Dick tried his best to calm his nerves, hoping Wally wouldn't see the blush. Once seated, Wally looked towards Dick, whom's blush vanished. "So... What's up...?" Wally asked coolly, finally able to break the slowly awkward silence. Dick chewed his cheek before thinking. 'I can't tell him about my memories...' 'Nor about this "Bonded Souls" issue...' Dick thought warily. With that, he made an excuse. "It was a long day - yet - I can't get any sleep." Dick stated tiredly. While it was true, the fight with Joker was a spoonful, Dick felt that was a better excuse than any other. Wally slowly nodded in agreement, observing the smaller Teen with keen interest. Dick began to feel nervous to this staring, unknowing of what will happen. 'Why is he staring at me like that...?' Dick thought nervously, hoping it would end, soon. Dick sighs, waking Wally from the absentminded trance. "So... Are you excited for our new mission...?" Dick asked, hoping this would snap the speedster out of his trance. Wally rolled his eyes, confusing Dick. "Honestly, I'm not really excited for it. You'd think, It's Transylvania; Obviously, you'd think there would be something exciting there. I just don't feel excited for it..." Wally stated numbly, his eyes slowly glowing as he refocused his vision on the Robin in the room. Dick swallowed the lump in his throat, feeling unnerved by the constant staring. After taking in Wally's words, Dick slowly shakes his head, causing Wally to raise a brow. "As much as I can understand, you really aren't excited for the scenery? It's gorgeous! There are Blood Lilies, Shadow Trees, Dragon Fruit, and so much more! What about the food there? Have you tried the Pork with Apples and Cider Cream Sauce? It's delicious!" Dick ranted happily, slightly drooling from the memory of the food and scenery. Wally gave Dick a, "What did you do" face. Dick saw it before wiping the drool, feeling self conscious. Once clearing his throat, Dick calmed down. "T-that's what my Family and I did, one year..." Dick lied. Granted, he felt bad for lying with his Family in the mix, but he didn't want Wally to get suspicious of his "behavior". Aoibhinn felt Dick's chest tighten, hoping he wouldn't get too upset from the distraught memory.

Wally slowly nodded, feeling guilty for pushing Dick into an uncomfortable corner. The silence regrew before the two, both unable to form words. The only thing either can hear is the Moonlit creatures, wind, and waters outside Mount Justice's shores. Dick slowly calmed down, the sounds around him creating a soft lullaby. 'Ahem' Dick looked back at Wally, whom cleared his throat. "Goodnight, Rob..." Wally stated before rising, a light blush on his freckled cheeks. Dick nodded, feeling a lump in his throat. "G-goodnight, Kid Flash..." Dick muttered back, a very light - almost unseen - blush on his fair cheeks. With that, Wally left the room, slowly sliding open and closed the door behind him. Once Dick knew the redhead left, he gasped in the breath he didn't know he was holding in. He took several deep breathes, hoping the pains in his lungs would subside. Aoibhinn appeared, gently rubbing the young teen's back reassuringly. After a short amount of time, Dick's breathing slowed, indicating he could breathe clearer. Aoibhinn held him in her arms, already feeling the stress around him. "W-was that...?" Dick muttered, trailing off from his thought. There were too many thoughts in his head to keep track of. Aoibhinn slowly nodded, her white eyes softly shut. "Indeed, my child... That was the feeling I got when I realized my Bonded Soul was near..." Aoibhinn stated calmly, understanding the boy's worry. Dick held Aoibhinn's arms closer to his chin, feeling a comforting warmth from the Crimson silhouette. 'He's my Soulmate...' 'Why didn't I know, sooner...?' 'Does he know...?' Dick thought worriedly, hoping none of this would change the views of one another. With a sigh, Aoibhinn kissed Dick's forehead, catching his attention. He looked up at his Crimson Silhouette, worry shining through his Nordic Blue eyes. Aoibhinn held back a giggle, remembering how her Mother held her. With another tender kiss to the boy's forehead, Aoibhinn spoke. "You must rest, my child; I am sure you and Wally will enjoy this mission..." Aoibhinn stated reassuringly, earning a small smile from her host. Dick yawned quietly, his eyes flashing red for a mere second. Aoibhinn helped lie him down, covering the sheets over his chest. With one final kiss to his forehead, Aoibhinn disappeared. Dick turned to his side, feeling sleepier than earlier. With a small glance at the Moon, Dick fell asleep with thoughts of Wally dancing in his head...

{If this feels short to you, I am sorry. I was trying to add more details than my original Rough Draft looked like, but it still looks short; Probably because the computer is wider than the phone. -_- I still hope you enjoyed, though! Have a good Day/Night! :3}
