'Finally; We're near the Spacecraft!' Robin thought tiredly, a small smile showing. He sighed, holding his back. 'We've walked for a while and I'm still tired from last Night's feast!' Robin thought again, softly yawning before looking at the ship. It still had the red color to it, though it had been in the Sun for two Days. Robin raised a brow, his grin evident. 'I wonder how they keep the red so vibrant, other than invisibility...' Robin thought calmly, watching the Sun's rays slash past the Vibrant Red Spacecraft, giving it an irresistible shine. While Robin was observing the Spacecraft, a certain Mini Speedster was watching Boy Wonder. Kid Flash kept a close eye on Robin, taking keen interest in the boy's movements. 'Last Night was amazing...' 'I didn't even know Robin and I could dance like that...!' Kid Flash thought dreamily, continuing his observations. That is, until he took in his words, facing the Spacecraft. 'Wait...' 'How did Robin and I dance like that?!' 'I don't even take dance class!' Kid Flash thought frantically, looking around to hide his growing blush. 'The way he twirled, though...' Kid Flash thought calmly, slowly smiling. That smile was cut short, before he mentally slapped himself, trying to rid himself of those growing thoughts. 'What in Batman's name is going on with me?!' Kid Flash thought angrily, observing his surroundings to make it look like he was keeping his guard up. {My Child, you are only going by instincts...} A voice spoke in Kid Flash's head, causing the boy to look at the Spacecraft. 'What do you mean, Cian...?' Kid Flash thought quizzically, slightly suspicious of this statement. All Kid Flash got as a response was a chuckle. Kid Flash bit his cheek in annoyance before the chuckling stopped. {Ah, my Child... You are going through your Soul's needs...} Cian stated calmly, hoping Kid Flash understood. Kid Flash kept his eyes on the ground, watching the sand before he stepped on it. 'My Soul...' Kid Flash thought numbly, thinking back on it. He remembers how it all started; Kid Flash met Robin on a rooftop. Both had met one another's mentors, Batman and Flash. Kid Flash felt a weird spark in his spine, as if he were glad to see Robin. Granted, he brushed it off as he was already excited to meet Batman's partner, but that feeling never left him. It stayed in his mind and body, even when he wanted to sleep. The weird thing about it; He always remembered one another's memories in a... unique way. He saw Robin wearing some old Time dresses - which made Kid Flash laugh at the thought - but also saw Robin's memories. 'That's the only way how I know who Robin is...' Kid Flash thought calmly, watching the young "Flying Grayson" walk. Robin had a tired smile on his face, eyes looking excited for the slumber of a Lifetime. Kid Flash held back a chuckle. 'Last Night must've gotten him tuckered out...' 'I know it did for me.' Kid Flash thought jokingly, almost chuckling at his mental joke. 'Chuckle' Cian chuckled at the joke, feeling familiar with the tiredness. Once he stopped, he sighed in remembrance. {I remember when my Mate and I did that...} Cian stated calmly, his aura growing dark. Kid Flash watched the Spacecraft in silence, trying his best not to shed a tear. 'Cough' Cian coughed, clearing the tickle from Kid Flash's throat. Kid Flash raised a brow. 'Does that mean...' 'You taught me how to dance like that...?' 'Or was that just an action on memory?' Kid Flash thought quizzically, going back on the dancing subject. Cian chuckled loudly, sounding like he was making fun of Kid Flash and his slow mind. Kid Flash bit his cheek again before glancing at Flash. The elder speedster of the two walked next to Batman, whom seemed to be in conversation with the speedster. Kid Flash looked down, looking slightly worried. 'They saw that...' Kid Flash thought coolly, looking more worried. {I'm sure they did. However, that wouldn't make you regret it, would it...?} Cian asked calmly, smirking from the upcoming answer. Kid Flash faced the Spacecraft, a look of understanding. Slowly, but surely, Kid Flash grew a smirk, a look of Determination in his Dull Emerald Green orbs. 'I do not regret taking that dance with Rob.' Kid Flash thought calmly, his Determination burning his Soul. Cian smirked more, knowing the two teens were in good hands.
Finally stepping into the ship, everyone sat down. Once seated, Aqualad revved the engine, deep in thought. 'Last Night was a bit...' 'Revealing on the "BirdFlash" subject...' Aqualad thought coolly, remembering the code name for his friends' situation. Miss Martian sighed, gaining Aqualad's attention. {Guys... What if we can't fix this...?} Miss Martian asked worriedly, hoping the answer wasn't too hard to swallow. Everyone - except Robin and Kid Flash, whom were sitting side-by-side - looked at one another. Batman sighed before coughing, gaining Robin and Kid Flash's attention. Once the three faced each other, Batman stood tall. "Robin, Kid Flash; How were you two able to stop the Fire from last Night?" Batman asked sternly, crossing his arms in the process. Robin and Kid Flash looked at one another before facing the Dark Knight before them. They sat there for a moment, unsure of how to answer. 'Not even I know how we did that...' Robin and Kid Flash thought in unison, hearing one another's thoughts. They glanced at each other again. 'Miss Martian...?' The two thought again, awaiting an answer. Silence was their only answer. They faced Batman once more, feeling off about their thoughts. "I don't know." Robin and Kid Flash stated in unison, shocking each other. They raised a brow at one another, feeling annoyed with the unison. 'What are you doing?' Robin thought in annoyance, slightly glaring. 'More like "What are you doing".' Kid Flash thought back, glaring back at Boy Wonder. Everyone else watched the scene before them; Robin and Kid Flash - once in a romantic moment - were glaring at one another from their unison moment. Miss Martian and Superboy held back a laugh at the behavior, knowing now wasn't the best time. Batman did not move from his glare; In fact, he gave a deeper one, causing Robin and Kid Flash to grow stiff. "I-instead of getting mad on how we don't know, why not be glad it was done...?" Robin asked coolly, slowing his stutter and anxious heart. Everyone froze. 'Holy Mother...' Superboy thought numbly, unable to believe the statement before him. 'Did Robin just...' 'Back talk Batman...?' Miss Martian thought worriedly, covering her mouth. Everyone watched the two teens and the Dark Knight, as if someone would do something. There was no sound, other than the engines and the Spacecraft flying. 'This isn't going to end well...' Manhunter thought crossly, crossing his arms with a neutral look. Batman shifted, growing tense. 'This isn't the same boy I once knew...' Batman thought worriedly, almost showing said worry. 'Giggle' Everyone looked around, much to Robin and Kid Flash's confusion. {Someone's here, but I can't hear their heartbeats...} Superboy stated cautiously, unsure of the heartbeats in the room. The teams focus around them, occasionally glancing at Robin and Kid Flash, in order to see if they were doing this. {Ah, foolish Children...} A Female voice spoke softly, sounding eerily vibrant. 'Chuckle' Another laugh was heard before Batman looked at the two teens. They were sitting there, watching the group in worry and confusion. {You are scaring our Cubs...} The Female and Male voice stated in unison. Batman sighed in defeat, paying attention to something Robin said. "I-instead of getting mad on how we don't know, why not be glad it was done...?" Batman looked back at the two for what felt like the hundredth time. He nodded, standing straight. "You know, Robin," Batman began softly, gaining everyone's attention. Robin didn't flinch, but kept a look of expectancy in his Nordic Blue eyes (though, they were covered by a mask). Batman leaned against the wall, a small smirk showing. "You do have a point about being glad you two stopped the Fire." Batman stated reassuringly, catching the group off guard. Robin softly smiled at his Dark Mentor, Kid Flash grinning at the two. Everyone looked around. 'Giggle' This time, Miss Martian giggled, calming everyone. "That is true; Had it not been for you two, the Vampires would have fallen." Miss Martian stated truthfully, feeling Superboy's smile. Everyone started to approve of the fact, giving Robin and Kid Flash wider smiles. Kid Flash chuckled, while Robin giggled. Once stopping, Kid Flash looked at Batman, a joking look in his Dusty Emerald eyes. "So, does this mean Robin and I are off the hook, or what?" Kid Flash asked jokingly, hoping they weren't in too much trouble. Batman chuckled, something everyone saw as rare. He looked at the boys with a playful smirk - something else people rarely see. "Oh no, You're still in trouble; Especially you, Boy Wonder." Batman stated coolly, using Robin's old Hero Name. Robin groaned at the name, hearing Miss Martian giggle. "Yes, Batman..." Robin stated in defeat, knowing his good friend, "Agent Ace", would get him later. Everyone laughed before continuing their journey for Mount Justice.
