A/N: This is the first chapter of the sequel. I will admit that some of the first chapters will be relatively short... let's just say it was a rough start. I apologize for that.
I hope you all enjoy !
"Planning my wedding should NOT be this fucking hard," I sighed and threw down the paper I was reading.
Lo smiled at me while sitting opposite at my desk, "Any wedding is hard."
"Mine is what... twenty people tops. At the house. It will be just a few hours," I tried to reason out loud.
She laughed and started reading the catering menu, "Are they coming?"
"The caterers? No, we made a special agreement with them that I will send someone to pick up the food but will pay to act like they were there."
Giving me a pointed look she sighed, "Not who I meant and you know it."
My eyebrows went up and nodded in defeat, "My brothers know. My parents do not. I have no plans to tell them or invite them."
"Speaking on invitations," Lo quickly latched onto a topic, "there aren't any."
I laughed, "Everyone who is important knows the day and time. Invitations would be irrelevant."
After a moment of her being silent and looking everything over she sighed, "They will find out. You do realise that."
"Eventually, yeah," I admitted ultimately, "How is Greyson? Please keep it PG-13. I don't need every detail."
Lo laughed, "Good for the most part. Few issues but nothing major."
"He hasn't had a girlfriend that is your level of steady in a long time. But you already know that," I told her.
She nodded, "I know. Not very communicative."
"None of my brothers are," I chuckled, "Ever since we took everything over. I am going to guess he got quieter."
"He has," Lo admitted.
"Tell him how you feel. He'll shape up after that. My family will keep doing the bad thing until told other wise."
"Self policing."
I shrugged, it was something we all did to keep each other in line. If no one was there and we kept going down that rabbit hole, we recognized it and self destructed. It was a vicious cycle that we haven't been able to cut short.
"Well, I actually have a dinner date with Greyson. See you around!" Lo suddenly got up and left my office.
Ryan and I permanently moved to his apartment after we got engaged. Then with some line up changes within the crew also had us move, which we were more than okay with. As I look around this room, it was Ryan's armory room, we just added my desk and split the room.
I didn't change anything when I moved in. He encouraged me to make whatever changes I so wanted to make me more comfortable. But I liked everything the way it is.
