"Are we there yet?" Cameron asked.

"Obviously not," Lindsey said.

"We have been on this road for hours.." Cameron whined.

After that I zoned out and played on my phone for the next however many minutes it took.

When I looked up we had turned in a drive way.

"Is this is?" I asked.

"Yep," Lindsey said.

We pulled closer to the house, "wow!" I said.

"Suprised?" Cameron asked.

"Very.."

The house was like four stories high and it was huge like gigantic.

We walked inside.

Everyone greeted Lindsey and then said, "oh this must be Cameron and Macy."

I hated it when people do that like. no. Bye Felicia.

Cameron looked at me smiling I couldn't help but burst out in laughter.

"What's so funny?" Linsey asked.

"Nothing," Cameron said.

"Uh huh.. Okay," she walked back into the kitchen.

A couple minutes later they called for food.

Everyone lined up in a line and began to pile food on their plates.

I got a pice of turkey, green beans, mashed potatoes, corn, and a sweet tea.

But Cameron got turkey, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, stuffing, carrots, and a coke.

We sat down at the end of the table.

Before we ate we all said a prayer and an older man began it,

"Dear lord, thank you for this wonderful day, this food, these people, family, friends, I give thanks.. In Jesus we pray.. Amen." Then the rest said,

"Amen," I sat in the same chair as Cameron because there wasn't enough for everyone to fit.

After we ate the meal we went up for desert I got a slice of chocolate marshmallow cake.

After desert the kids and other teenagers decided to play hide n' seek out side.

The way they decided who was it we had a race.

"Ready set go!" Every kid started to take off including myself and Cameron.

We got to the finish line which was a big tree.

Then "haha Lauren your it!" Said one of the kids.

"Shut up Ethan!" - Lauren? Said, "what do I count to?"

"One hundred," a teen boy said.

"Ugh.. Okay, the tree is base."

The property was big so it gave us some time to hide.

Cameron and I went toward a field with hay bells in it.

We sat behind it and talked.

Then Lauren yelled "Ready or Not here I come!"

Cameron peeked over the hay bell then he said, "common!"

I jumped up and ran toward base.

In unison me and Cameron said, "ABC base on me."

We played this for awhile before someone decided we should play truth or dare.

"Okay, I'll tell y'all everyone's names." Clearly referring to me and Cameron, "Ethan, Erik, Liam, Lauren, Bradley, Laney, Carter, Bobby Jo, and I'm Brett."

"I'm Macy and this is Cameron," I put my hand on my heart.

"Okay Macy you can start," Brett said.

"Okay," I tried to remember everyone's names but couldn't, "uh.. Br.. Brad?"

"Bradley and dare," he said.

"Okay, um, I dare you to eat a pice of grass," I didn't really know anything else to say so it seemed okay to me.

"Easy," he picked a pice and simply ate. "Ahh."

"Okay then," I said.

"Uh, B.J. truth or dare?" Bradley asked, assuming he's talking to Bobby Jo.

"Truth," she sighed.

"Okay if you weren't related to anyone in this circle who walls you date?" Bradley asked.

"Uh," she paused "um Cameron or Brett."

"You have a better chance with Cameron," Brett said then rolled his eyes.

"Laney truth or dare?" Bobby Jo asked.

"Da.. Truth.. No dare," Laney said.

"Okay, um.. Are you related to Brett?" Jo asked.

"No, why?" Laney asked.

"Kiss him."

"B.J!" Laney yelled.

"Sorry, do it."

"Okay," she kissed him on the lips quickly.

"Wow," Brett said.

"Woah," Laney said back.

"Anyway," Laney paused, "Cameron, truth or dare?"

"Uh, um, dare," he was shocked because he didn't expect Laney to pick him out of all people.

"I dare you to kiss Macy," she said.

"Okay easy," he said.

He kissed me holding it for a second then he pulled away.

"Oh," Laney said.

"Okay um, carter, truth or da.." Before he could finish carter interrupted

"Dare."

"Okay... Run to the end of the f..." Then he interrupted again,

"Double dare."

"Okay, run to the end of the field and back then jump in the creek," Cameron said.

"Okay," he ran to the end of the field and back then jumped into the spring that was by the edge of the woods.

---

"Lindsey ready to go home," Cameron asked.

"Not yet," she said.

"But why?" He begged.

"Because!" She insisted.
