Chapter Twenty-Three: You Don't know That I know

Kaila's P.O.V.

"What's your name?" I ask the fan as she walks back into my room.

"Carly."

"Hey Carly. So did you meet Harry and Louis?"

"Yeah sort of."

"What do you mean?"

"I sort of met Harry but I didnt get to talk to Louis."

"Why not?"

"Because Harry started yelling at me to get out."

"That doesn't sound right," Eleanor says confused.

"Well it happened. This bitch was in there saying lies about you and other people. I said that she was lying. The bitch said that I was a mental patient. Then Harry yelled at me to get out because I kept saying that she was lying."

"Was it a nurse?" I ask.

"Yeah."

"What was she saying?" Eleanor asks.

"She said that you were happy you were no longer in the room with Harry. Then she said that she was yelled at for letting the babies in the hospital rooms. Stuff like that. She was all over him. It was disgusting."

"That bitch!" I yell.

I start to try and get up but fall down with pain. That doesn't stop me because I then start to try again. Once again I fall with pain and try again. I keep failing so Eleanor comes over and lays my down carefully and tries to calm me. It doesn't work.

"Kaila you can't go over there! I'll go. Carly will keep you company. You have to just relax. I'll go." Eleanor says.

I nod my head and Eleanor walks out.

Eleanor's P.O.V.

Kaila starts to try and get up but falls down with pain. That doesn't stop her because she then starts to try again. Once again she falls with pain and tries again. She keep failing so I go over and lay her down carefully and try to calm her. It doesn't work.

"Kaila you can't go over there! I'll go. Carly will keep you company. You have to just relax. I'll go." I say.

She nods her head and I walk out.

I get to Harry's and Louis' room. Louis is asleep and before I am in full view I see something I know I shouldn't have. I gasp. Harry and the nurse break from their kiss and turn to me. Harry's eyes widen realizing what he has done. The nurse just smiles arogently. I take a few steps backwards, slowly then I turn around and start to run to Kaila's room.

"Eleanor!" Harry yells. He gets into his wheelchair and pushes himself towards me. I am walking as quickly as possible without running. Harry catches up and stops in front of me.

"Please Eleanor. Don't tell her. It will just hurt her. I didn't mean to do it. It just happened. You know that Kaila is the only one for me. It meant nothing. I know that. You know that, so why do we need to hurt her?" Harry asks.

"Well does the nurse know?"

"It doesn't matter."

"It certainly does matter. I'm sorry Harry."

"No! Eleanor please. Don't. It will never happen again. I promise."

"Fine I won't tell her. Only because it would hurt her so much though. I will be in there often for Louis and to watch you. Anything even considered flirting happens and she finds out."

"It won't. I promise." He says.

I sigh and push him back to his room.

Kaila's P.O.V.

I get up finally just to take a walk. Eleanor is still gone. Why am I saying still? She just left. Carly is a really sweet girl. She is taking me on a little stroll around the hospital to stretch my muscles. I make it to the door with my walker and see Eleanor and Harry talking.

"Please Eleanor. Don't tell her. It will just hurt her. I didn't mean to do it. It just happened. You know that Kaila is the only one for me. It meant nothing. I know that. You know that, so why do we need to hurt her?" Harry asks.

"Well does the nurse know?" Eleanor asks.

"It doesn't matter." Harry says.

"It certainly does matter. I'm sorry Harry." Eleanor says.

"No! Eleanor please. Don't. It will never happen again. I promise." He begs.

"Fine I won't tell her. Only because it would hurt her so much though. I will be in there often for Louis and to watch you. Anything even considered flirting happens and she finds out." Eleanor states.

"It won't. I promise." He says.

She sighs and push him back to his room.

I gasp and Carly looks at me sympatheticly. What don't they want me to know? What did Harry do? I decide to go find out.

I walk with my walker and Carly next to me to Louis and Harry's room. Eleanor, Louis, Harry, and the nurse are all in there. As soon as I walk in they all look up quickly. Everyone except the nurse looks nervous. Especially Harry.

"Harry. I missed you. I miss you telling me that you loved me. I missed feeling your touch. I missed knowing I was the only girl for you." I say trying to see if Harry will come clean.

"Uuummmmm I miss you too." He stutters.

The nurse just looks pleased. I walk up to Harry and stand next to Harrys bed. I would sit on the corner of his bed but that bitch of a nurse is there.

"Baby I am so glad I have a baby with you. I never knew how much I cared about you until I was without you. I never knew how much I loved you. I never knew how you were the only one for me......... ever. The love I feel for you is the kind of love where I could never keep something from you, EVER. I could never mistreat you. I could never not tell you something that you deserve to know. I would never flirt with someone else or ever do anything with anybody else. That is how much I love you. It's good we have that too because if we didn't our babies would be growing up with liars, cheaters, and just bad people who actually don't love anybody. They just say they do. You know unless they would tell the other person a secret that they deserve to know."

Harry just looks at me with the most terrified face on.
