Chapter Twenty-Four: A Change of Events

Kaila's P.O.V.

"Baby I am so glad I have a baby with you. I never knew how much I cared about you until I was without you. I never knew how much I loved you. I never knew how you were the only one for me......... ever. The love I feel for you is the kind of love where I could never keep something from you, EVER. I could never mistreat you. I could never not tell you something that you deserve to know. I would never flirt with someone else or ever do anything with anybody else. That is how much I love you. It's good we have that too because if we didn't our babies would be growing up with liars, cheaters, and just bad people who actually don't love anybody. They just say they do. You know unless they would tell the other person a secret that they deserve to know."

Harry just looks at me with the most terrified face on. I feel kinda bad for playing him but he's playing me in a way. He cheated on me and won't tell me. I want him to tell me. I won't be as mad if he tells me. I turn to the nurse.

"What's your name?" I ask because I actually don't know it.

"Janet." SHe says with a snarl.

"Oh my god that is such a pretty name. I guess that makes sense because you are so pretty. Don't go stealing my man now because I could never beat you out for a man. I mean look how beautiful you are. I mean wow I am so jealous. I have nothing compared to you." I say just to make Harry feel bad. Janet looks at me confused because she knows that I know.

"Oh baby don't say that. I love you so much. You are the only one for me. I promise. You have me forever and always. You are amazing." Harry says.

Yes! He is starting to crack. I know I should feel bad but I don't. I can't.

"Well guys I am going to take a little walk. Kaila, come with me." Louis says.

"Ooh I'll come." Harry chimes in.

"No. Only Kaila. I wanna catch up with her. I haven't talked to her in what seems like forever."

I walk out with Louis. We are both quiet for a little while.

"So how's it going?" Louis asks.

"Fine," I lie.

"Oh that's good."

"Yeah. How about with you?"

"Good. I mean I'm in the hospital but I get to spend more time with Eleanor so there are ups and downs."

"Yeah. I know what you mean. So do you miss your music?"

"Yeah I do. Niall has been writing a lot and they'll come in and we'll have a jam session sometimes. It's pretty fun."

"Yeah I can imagine."

"So how about you?"

"How about me what?" I ask.

"Your music. Do you miss it?"

"Yeah I do. I'll write a bit sometimes but it's just hard sometimes. I don't really write I found out. I'm better at doing covers. I think I'll stick to that. The last time I sang was you know the video things with........ with....."

"With who?"

"My dad."

"Was that the guy who....?"

"Yeah it was." I say cutting him off.

"So anyway. You must know I didn't really wanna catch up with you. I mean I did but I wanted to talk to you for a different reason."

"Yeah I figured."

"So..... You know."

"About the kiss? Yeah I do."
