It had been almost 4 hours when Bucky began to feel impatient. He hadn't heard anything from Claudia but didn't want to barge in just in case she was focusing. Even if he wanted to get up from where he was sitting, he couldn't. Costel had fallen asleep with his head on Bucky's lap. He didn't know what to do when something like this happened. That was a part of his life that he still couldn't remember even if he tried.
After 10 minutes someone finally said something. "One of us should go in-"
Before Steve finished his sentence yelling could be heard from the room Claudia and Wanda were in. "Help! Somebody help!" Bucky gently lifted Costel's head and got up before setting him back down. They all began to rush into the room prepared for anything but not for what they saw. Wanda was shaking immensely with her hex traveling through her veins just like the night before. "S-She was fine, I know she was. She just started shaking and seizing-"
"It's not a seizure," Bucky interrupted. "I don't know what it is but it's been happening the last two nights. It'll pass."
Claudia looked back at Wanda to find the hex in her veins disappear and her shaking stop. She let out a breath of relief. "Jsi v pořádku, Wanda. Jsi v pořádku." She whispered as she sat next to her and took her hand. (You're okay.)
Bucky's eyes met Clint's and when he did he motioned for them to talk out of the room. He took one last look at Wanda before walking out.
As soon as they were out of the room Clint spoke. "What the hell? Something's going on with Wanda and you didn't say anything?"
He sighed and crossed his arms. "What would i have said? Besides i didn't have enough information. Every time she woke up she'd act like it never happened. Was it happening before the raft?"
Clint thought for a bit. "No. It must've started while we were there."
This was all the information he needed to figure out what was going on. He put everything together but still didn't say anything about it knowing that she wouldn't want Clint to worry about her. He wanted to talk to Wanda before jumping to conclusion.
...........................................................................
It had been two days since Wanda had been treated. They couldn't tell how she was doing until she woke up, which hasn't happened yet. For the last two days she has been asleep. Claudia had told them that it was natural for the body to shut down so it could heal properly.
During that time they all stayed in the house not wanting to take any chances. Clint and Bucky would constantly check on Wanda to make sure she was okay. Claudia would usually stay with her the majority of the time refusing to leave her until she woke up. She had always been stubborn and headstrong when it came to looking out and taking care of the ones she loved. Every night when everyone was asleep she would sing an old Sokovian lullaby for her just like her mother used to do.
It was late at night, almost coming to sunrise, when Wanda finally woke up. She gently sat up and looked around before her eyes fell on Claudia who was sitting on the floor with her head on the couch.
"Claudia? Co tu děláš?" she asked as she began to worry. (what are you doing here?)
"You're awake." She put her hand on Wanda's head to check if she still had a fever. "And your fever is gone." She smiled warmly at her.
"Y-You shouldn't be here. You have to go. Please leave." She tried to get up from the couch but was met by pain in her side. Wanda lifted her shirt to find bandages wrapped around her abdomen.
"You're still recovering so, as Americans say, take it easy."
Claudia got up to get her some fruit to eat. "No, I'm fine," she put her shirt back down and got up to follow her. "You need to leave. I'm okay now so you can go."
