Made A Mistake

Chapter 8

   "You're very strong. I am proud of you Deanna." It was the woman that has been with her since the beginning. Deanna felt warmth around her body and she couldn't even see the woman. Deanna knew she was being protected and was safe.
   "I have a few questions you need to answer." Deanna floated around and swam in the air until she flew into the soft, white, cloth that the woman wore. She felt the womans extra warmth surround her and hold her gently.
   "Please, ask away." Deanna sighed with relief that the woman finally wanted to answer her questions.
   "What was that farmland in the behinning?" She asked first. It was mostly what she wanted to know.
   "That was my safe place. I brought you there so you could be safe too. We can now share it." She smiled as warm as always.
   "I thought you would have something more epic. For you seeming your like a goddess." Deanna frowned a bit but smiled along and laughed.
   Deanna layed there in Siera's arms smiling and laughing and making jokes and asking questions. They were having fun. Alot of fun. Deanna didnt want to leave this magical land she was in right now.
   "You have to go now. I'll take you back when you want." Siera smiled per always. Deanna frowned and tried to refuse but just sighed.
   "I'll miss you Siera." Deann meant what she stayed and they both knew that.

   "Deanna!" She heard her mom yell as she slowly opened her eyes from her great sleep. Deanna smiled and started to cried. She was so happy to see familiar faces.
   "Where is Chris?" She slowly sat up and winced as she did. She looked around and obviously didnt see anything then she gently put her had on her forehead.
   She heard a curtain move and quickly looked up to see Chris laying there smiling. She stared at him and smiled. She hoped he didnt take it the wrong way.
   "Your okay!" She laughed. "Last night was crazy, and my fault."
   "Dont beat yourself up." He frowned. "At least were okay!" He quickly changed his mood.
   "Are my friends here?" She looked back at her mom. "Aiden?" She felt her face get pink.
   "There may be a boy out there waiting to see you" Her mom rolled her eyes and smiled. Her mom looked at the nurse and nodded.
   She heard the nurse leave the room and then another pair of footsteps come to her room. She stared at the door ready. She could have been drooling in love for all she knew at this point. Her hear was pounding. This time it wasnt for fear.
   He walked in and she stared at him perfect face and he had his hand on the back of his neck nervously.
   "Hey Deanna I-" He started to say before Deanna cut him off.
   "Aiden!" She smiled with joy and motioned her him to come closer. He respected her command and walked over to her. She could imagine him as the cutest puppy ever.
   "I'm happy that your happy to see me!" He stared back at her and smiled. He put one of his hands on her face and she felt the warmth of his hand on her face.
   "I was so worried about getting home and..." she looked down and felt him grab her chin and moved her head to face him. She felt her face get red. "I wanted badly to see you." She nervously revealed her secret.
   He smiled wide and was about to hug her but refused his temptation. Deanna nodded and he hugged her. She remembered the same warmth when Siera hugged her.
   Deanna looked back at Chris who was looking out the window.
   "Hey what's wrong?" She looked at him worried. They became friends just last night and if something was wrong she wanted to know.
   "I wish I had someone to love, but I'm too different. If I tell you you'd hate me." He frowned looking down at his legs.
   "Do tell. I'm not that bad of a judgy person." She frowned that he didnt trust her but knew she was going to find out.
   "Well. I'm..." his pauses added suspense into the air and she couldn't wait to find out. "I'm gay." Deanna was a little surprised but smiled. Chris looked away in shame.
   "That's perfectly fine!" She laughed with joy. "I'm glad you know who you are!"
   "R-Really?" Chris was taken back and stunned. She noticed him rib his eyes as if this wasnt real.
   "Of course!" She looked at him then shifted her eyes back to Aiden. Her heart fluttered. She knew she liked him but didnt know how to tell him. Hopefully he said something about the feelings first and he felt the same way.
   She heard quick footsteps and muttering voices. They were in a hurry and Deanna got nervous because they were outside of her room.
   "Deanna!!" Haylee had a huge smile on her face but Deanna did not. Aiden noticed her discomfort and stepped up. He walked out of the room with Haylee and started to talk to her about the incident and everything Deanna has been through because of the app she recommended.
   Franchesca smiled and hoped she wouldn't be in trouble either. Deanna motioned for her to come closer and she did. They exchanged hugs and tears.
   "I was so worried for you!" She was crying with joy that Deanna was okay.
   Haylee walked in and looked down upset and I disgust at herself.
   "I'm so sorry I did that to you Deanna." She said before about to walk out again.
   "Where do you think your going bestie!" Deanna laughed. Haylee turned around and ran up to Deanna and hugged her and cried alone with the other girls.

   After a few weeks Deanna was feeling her legs again and was allowed to go home. Both her and Chris became bigger friends and always talked everyday. Not because they were forced to but because they mutually like having eachother as friends.
  
   Even after Deanna went home her and Chris still talked. Haylee, Franchesca, and Deanna were all still best friends because nothing could split them up. After some more time of talking, Deanna and Aiden started dating. It was like a fairy tale movie.

   'Arlo' or actually legally known as Anthony Chesterson, was put to prison for life after doing things like this multiple time but successfully killing, and eating the girls to dispose of the bodies.

   Although Deanna did get in trouble for going to meet up without permission, and she did get grounded for a month it wasnt too harsh and she fully learned her lesson. She never used a dating app again.
