"you can go home today" the doctor examined. i felt my lips curve up. i'll be able to lie in my bed forever with no disturbance.

seungyoun had come to pick me up without the others and honestly, i'm happy they didn't come. i'd finally have some peace at least.

after a few hours of sleeping on my bed, i was awoken by someone entering my room.

"hey how are you feeling?" seungyoun brought in some toast. i responded with my tired eyes and he just shook his head.

"do you want to go watch a movie with the others later?" he asked, sitting down on my bed. i hesitantly thought about it and agreed.

"okay, get changed soon because the movie starts in 2 hours, so we'll meet up with them before to get snacks and stuff" i nodded. i lightly hit him with my pillow because why not. he gave a pout but i hit him more hehe.

as he turned on the tv in my room, he put on a netflix show for me to watch as i got changed, with him gone of course. i put on some light makeup because it didn't really matter for me and just a pair of grey sweats and a white crop top to be comfortable when i'm in the cinema. i tie my hair up into a loose bun and head out the door.

"are we going now?" i saw seungyoun already changed as he laid on the couch, on his phone. he got up and went to get the car keys and wallet. he pointed out the front door, implying for me to get into the car.

"we're picking up yohan, dohyun and minhee on the way cause they're at yohan's house right now. it'll be quicker for them too and since his house is 7 minutes away, we might as well" seungyoun said, getting into the driver's seat.

when we got to yohan's house, i quickly got out of the front seat to sit in the middle at the back since i was smaller than them and so dohyun could sit at the front, being the giant he is.

"y/n, do you want to go out for kbbq after the cinema? we're planning to get dessert after and go karaoke" dohyun asked.

"oooo that sounds like fun, let's" i responded, looking through my playlist to pick a song to put on in the car.

"you're hair looks cute yohan" i complimented him.

"bitch what about me" minhee chimed in, cheekily pouting.

"you all look good" i gave him a smh look.

"what movie are we even watching?" seungyoun questioned the boys.

"i think parasite?" yohan unsurely responded.

struggling to find a parking spot, seungyoun told us to get off first and that he'll come when he finds one. all the others were already there when we got to the cinema so they had already bought a whole lot of popcorn, drinks and more. seungyoun shortly came after.

"i'll go pay for the tickets" i walked towards the counter.

"no way you are paying for everyone. there's 12 of us! i'll pay with my card and everyone can just transfer me later" wooseok followed behind me.

"no i can"

"NO"

after we bought the tickets, we headed into the cinema room and took our seats. i was planning to sit with hangyul because it's always fun to watch movies with him but to my luck, i somehow ended up in between seungwoo and wooseok.

*sigh* this would be a little tense. how would i enjoy the movie then? maybe i'll just ignore that they're sitting next to me.

"oh yeah how come hayoung isn't here?" i turned my head to seungwoo.

"i didn't think about inviting her, i forgot about her" he blandly said, still keeping his head at the screen. it was still a little awkward so i didn't say or ask anything back. instead i began to talk to wooseok.

"y/n...i cant stop thinking about that day..." he quietly said. it took me a moment to realise what he was talking about and so my cheeks began to blush when i did.

he went up into my ear and whispered "we can do stuff later" winking at me. for some reason, the air now felt hot. i looked around to see if anyone felt hot too but they all seemed perfectly fine.

as i did so, wooseok suddenly put his hand on mine, gently holding on to mine, giving me the sweetest smile. i couldn't help but smile back, who couldn't resist him?

the lights began to dim and the screen turned on. i couldn't see anyone now so i focused on the movie. a few scenes shocked me but nonetheless, i absolutely love the movie. i didn't even notice seungwoo and wooseok next to me during the movie besides the fact that wooseok occasionally held my hand or put his arm around my shoulder.

wtf was all i could think of. wtf.

are they dating now? that's what it seems like to me, actually to everyone. what did wooseok mean by 'that time?'. i don't mean to eavesdrop but i just happened to overhear their conversation.

i really need to put effort in making my friendship with y/n right again. i need it back. i miss it. i miss us. i miss her. but i can't, not with hayoung around. this is so messed up. i'm so messed up.

"what are you thinking so hardly about?" dongpyo nudged me from the side. my mouth formed saying y/n name but no sound came out.

"y/n?" he cupped his mouth, looking at me confused. "why?"

"i...i'm not sure why"
