Azize (Unfinished)

Freeing Yigit

Kartal receives confirmation from Kuzey that an opportunity opened for him to quietly enter the Barbaros's residence, and bring Yigit to safety.

Kartal & Azize are driven there by Yaman, and quickly enters from the back door.....

Kartal tip toes in first, while Azize follows. They can hear Barbaros's voice so clearly that it seemed he was right behind them. As they approach the stairs leading to the room, Kartal hesitates to take another step. The stairs were right by the living room. Kuzey is still seated with Barbaros, and needs to occupy his time & attention for as long as possible. Kuzey sips on his hot cup of chai and nearly chokes when he hears a slight creak noise.

Barbaros: "What was that?"

Kuzey: "I'm sure it was nothing."

Barbaros: "I'll have Adem check... Adem!"

Adem hurries to the living room to respond.

Adem: "Go head."

Barbaros: "Check and see what the noise was."

Adem: "Yes sir."

Kartal & Azize panic as their whole plan was about to fail. If their presence in the house was discovered, the chances of seeing Yigit would be slim to none. Barbaros has it out for Kartal because he is a threat to him, and does not want a genuine person such as Kartal, to exist in the criminal world. Adem begins to search in the kitchen, and he does not see anything. He proceeds to check other areas of the house, unable to find the source of the disturbance. Finally Adem goes upstairs to check in the rooms, along with Yigit and no sign of invasion was found. Adem goes back downstairs to reassure Barbaros that everything was normal.

Azize: "Kartal, it's not safe."

Kartal: "We need to get your brother, I don't care."

They proceed to hide in the kitchen, knowing that it would be unsupervised. Adem tells Barbaros that there was nobody inside the house. Barbaros is relieved, and continues to talk with Kuzey.

Kuzey: "You know what grandpa, want to talk outside?"

Barbaros: "Sure, let's do it."

They stand up and walk towards the backyard to finish their chai. The glass door shuts, and Kartal hurries over to the stairs to enter Yigit's room. Azize stays behind to make sure that no one catches them. Kartal enters and Yigit furrows his brows in confusion.

Yigit: "What are you doing here?"

Kartal: "Shh, your sister is here with me, and we are getting you out."

Yigit: "How? I can't even walk."

Kartal: "Which is why I am going to carry you."

Yigit: "Are you sure? What happens if Barbaros or his bodyguard sees?"

Kartal: "Your sister is watching out ok, let's go."

Azize begins to worry as Kartal is taking a bit too long. She whispers loudly to warn him, but not enough to catch the attention of Adem or Barbaros. The only friend in the Barbaros house is Kuzey, and the evil man cannot be occupied for long.

Kartal picks up Yigit from his bed and rushes down the stairs to meet Azize. Yigit is relieved to see his sister & to finally be outside of that room which encaged him. All three of them reach the main door to meet Yaman outside. Yaman opens the passenger door and Kartal places Yigit in the passenger seat. Following Azize sits in the back, and Kartal next to her. Yaman gets on the drivers side and leaves the Barbaros house successfully. Operation Freeing Yigit has been completed.

Finally Azize can rest knowing that her brother is by her side, without a man threatening his well being for his dirty deeds. She no longer needed to be someone else in the Alpan mansion for her brother's safety. He was beside her once again, as it always was and will be.

Azize is filled with joy being reunited with the only member left in her family; however, Okan's death has not been discovered by Yigit & Azize yet. The one parental figure in their lives had been murdered by the orders of Barbaros, and they are unaware of it. Surely Azize would want to express to him how excited she is to have Yigit alive and well; but she will be unable to tell him. Okan is no longer existing in their world.

Azize: "Yigit, should we tell Okan you're awake now?"

Yigit: "Sister, I'm sure he's busy with work. Maybe later."

Azize: "Ok, fine."

Kartal: "Yaman, let's go back to the safe house & prepare a room for Yigit."

Yaman: "Ok brother, as you order."

As they arrive back at the safe house, Kartal carries Yigit to his now made bedroom. Azize sighs with relief now that she will not be forced to do Barbaros's dirty deeds. However, her & Yigit think he is occupied with his job.

Okan failed to explain the photo of Azize in his safe. Though she had an idea as to what it had all meant. Azize was not a child to Okan, but his lover. An unrequited love that would never be reciprocated; as he was a father to her & Yigit. That view of him would never change, as he guided her life to avenge their parents. What neither of them know is that their father's best friend betrayed him. Okan scarified their father to the crime ring, practically causing his death by allowing Balkan to shoot him. The dark secrets he held will carry on within his grave. That is, if Kartal or Balkan fail to unravel what truly happened. The day Azize lost her father, was where the story of vengeance began. Whether the avenge plot continues is decided upon what might happen next.
