Azize (Unfinished)

Adnan & Kuzey

Adnan is still mentally processing the fact that his son was hidden for over 18 years. He never believed Tuna would uphold such a lie, especially for a long period of time. If it wasn't for Tuna threatening to end her life, he would have revealed the truth long ago. Now that the Alpan's are separating, it seemed an easier time to confront Kuzey. However, he doesn't know that Kuzey had left the mansion, & now resides with Kartal & Azize.

Adnan was driven mad over this. He has no way of reaching his son, feeling helpless. A father whom is unaware of their child's existence brings an unimaginable pain. It is hard to imagine what Adnan is feeling, especially the fact that Kuzey does not know his birth father. As Adnan is pacing back & forth, he is contemplating how to confront Kuzey with the truth.

Adnan comes to the conclusion that he was going to be honest today; with himself, & with his biological son. He forms a plan and goes to the Alpan mansion to inform Tuna.

As he passes the gates, he calls Tuna to meet him at the front door.

*Adnan calls Tuna*

Adnan: "Tuna, I am here. Please open the door & meet me."

Tuna: "Ok, wait there I am coming."

*call drops*

Tuna rushes down from her corridor without stopping for a moment. As she reaches the bottom of the stairs, the loud knocking on the door had not ceased until she had opened it. Her lover appeared in front of her, but not with loving eyes; but with frustration & anger.

Tuna: "Adnan, what is it?"

Adnan walks in, still standing near the door to show that this was a short meeting.

Adnan: "Tuna, I want to tell him the truth."

Tuna: "Are you crazy?! In front of everyone?"

Adnan: "I don't care Tuna! It has been over eighteen years!"

Tuna shakes her head as her eyes became glossy.

Tuna: "Adnan, he left."

Adnan: "What does that mean!? He left?"

Tuna: ".....I told him, & he left me. He left the mansion."

Adnan: "Tuna! How could you do that! Without me being here?"

Tuna: "I could not stand it anymore! I wanted him to hear it from me first!"

Adnan: "And how did that work out? He's gone!"

Tuna covers her face as tears fell like a streaming river.

Tuna: "I am sorry. He didn't tell me where he went; but, I am guessing he would be with Kartal. He trusts him the most."

Adnan: "Where is Kartal? Tell me!"

Tuna: "I don't know, but I'm sure I can call him."

Adnan: "Ok, call now!"

Tuna quickly picks up her phone to call Kuzey. Her phone begins to ring, as she awaits a response. Nearly a minute later, the ringing had ceased; Kuzey had answered.

Kuzey: "Aunt, what do you want?"

Tuna: "Kuzey son, where are you?"

Kuzey: "Why do you need to know? I'm not coming home."

Tuna: "Please Kuzey, let's talk things out!"

Kuzey: "I don't see the need to talk... No one is being honest with me."

Tuna: "But your dad wants to talk with you!"

Kuzey takes a slight pause. To hear those words & associating it with someone other than Balkan, was causing confusion. He known of his father for many years without having a close relationship. However in this case, he truly doesn't know his father. Someone who is a complete stranger to him & his life.
