My phone vibrates in my hand. I received a message from Elle.
El: So I heard you had mischievous and rebellious law breaking done up to past midnight with Australia...
I quickly replied to her message.
Au: Where in the world did you get that information?
El: Well, it came from Ashton who's friends with Diana who flirts with Michael who's best friends with Luke.
Au: Diana? Who's that?
El: I don't know. I'm pretty sure she's one of those students who skipped a year. pretty annoying apparently, even ash thinks so and that's saying a lot cos he puts up with me. I mean, according to Ashton who got it from Diana, Mikey don't seem too interested.
Au: **doesn't oh my gosh.
El Ya, whatever grammar nazi.
Au: Why am I included in the story tho...?
El: You werent. Luke just said he almost got in trouble with his "mum" bc he was out with someone too long. Ash and I just put the pieces together and we figured it was you.
Au: Oh.
El: yes, oh indeed. now, details.
Au: When I was running away (yes, let's get over the fact that I ran away bc someone got punched), Luke saw me and we talked a bit then it got cold so then we went to his car to get warm.
El: Define "get warm".
Au: Elle.
El: What?
Au: Elle.
El: It's a serious question!
Au: With his heater? Duh?!
El: Which area of the body?
Au: THE CAR'S HEATER.
El: Okay okay, calm your tits. I'm just joking. No genitalia touching at all?
Au: Nope.
El: What took you guys so long? I mean, it doesn't take that long to warm up and drive you home.
Au: I guess we got along well so we kinda got carried away and talked for a few hours. He was super nice and funny.
El: Don't forget awkward, very awkward.
Au: Hahahaha, well yeah. He gets lost with his words a lot and he always looks like he's thinking of the perfect thing to say before saying anything. He was cooler towards the end tho, like when we were comfortable with each other.
El: Didn't I tell you about what happened on the bus with him?
Au: Partially. I was whisked away by Luke midway for our project remember?
El: Oh yeah of course. Prince and princess running away.
Au: Shut up.
El: Hey, you can't deny he's cute.
Au: But I barely know him...?
El: Didn't you get to know him better while you were "getting warm"?
