Together or never?

Chapter 29

We arrive home and I still have angie in my arms as she's way too drunk to walk and I love to look after her as she's always so independent, I gently place her down on the settee and go into the kitchen to get her a glass of water, I return to her and give her the water and sit down by her as I watch her sip it gracefully.

She puts the glass of water down and looks at me softly, I smiled at her and gently lifted her onto my lap and hugged her extremely tightly into me, like if I never wanted to leave go which I didn't, -I'm sorry about earlier it's not what you think but I'll tell you in the morning because you won't remember if I tell you now beautiful- I say and she relaxes into me, -okay- she mumbled sleepy, I could feel her falling a sleep and I sat still and let her drop of into my arms and listen to her breath peacefully.

As she was sleeping, I was thinking of something to make it up to her, I hated seeing her crying earlier it broke my heart, I gently laid down on the settee and placed angie gently in front of me as she sleeps and had me arms around her firmly and protectively and before I knew it I fell asleep to.

I wake up and check the time and I've woke up later than I usually do, olga sneakily walked in my room smiling excitedly looking at me and I just stared back confused, -come and have a look at this vilu- she said, I got up and followed her and we both stood at the top of the stairs and looked down to see, my dad and angie sleeping on the settee, they are both facing each other with my dads arms around Angie and Angie's legs and arms around him and they looked so adorable together, I knew something was going on with them.

I turned to olga and jumped up and down excitedly and so did she, I walked down to them and stood by them until they wake up,
Angie was the first to start to stir and when she saw me, she done something I didn't think she would do, she looked at me, smiled kindly and then snuggled back up to my dad, I thought she would jump up and try and explain things but yet again she just woke up and haven't had a time to come around.
