(Shortest gaddamn chapter ever.)
When the woman walks back in she isn't alone. Two other officers walk in behind her.
"(Y/N)," the woman says, "You're being taken into custody."
"What?!?" you and Spinel both gasp outraged.
Spinel stands up and takes a step forward, "Why?!? I'm the one who did it!"
The two other officers walk up to you and restrain you in handcuffs. (I PERSONALLY WOULD LOVE TO SEE SOMEONE TRY TO RESTRAIN ME) "Spinel," you say as she watches in shock as the officers lead you out, "I'll be okay."
She reaches out for you, "I'm going to get this situated, it's not really your fault."
You smile sadly as they close the door the second you step out.
