We all have a first love. Whether it comes early or late. Whether you even know each other or not. Brenton Samson was a wake up call for me. Somehting to get me back in my senses and show myself who I was. I never had any plans to fall in love that one summer night in Laguna Beach, but it happened anyway. Out of my control, abruptly, and sweetly. We almost had what most people would call a fling. First loves don't last very long even if you want them to. We wanted to believe it would last forever. And in our hearts, it did. I was glad that my first love was there exactly when I needed it.
