Izuku was walking though the streets, looking up at the stars. He knew he wasn't supposed to be out without anybody with him, let alone at this time of night, but he really didn't care.

He couldn't sleep, and didn't want to bother anyone by waking them up. Besides, he wasn't going to do anything bad, he just wanted to stretch his legs.

Everything was going ok, other than the odd stares he got, until he ran into someone.

She was a girl with pink hair, her skin just as pink. She had yellow horns. Her eyes seemed to have black sclerea, similar to his, and she had yellow irises. It was obvious that she had fallen victim to an alien attack, like he did.

Of course, Izuku only realized that he had just run into a girl, and became an awkward mess in an instant.

Mina had snuck out of the school dorms that night. She never really liked how they couldn't leave, even over summer. It was boring. And it wasn't like any of the students asked to be attacked by aliens!

She wanted to go back to her old life. Unfortunately, she couldn't. She had to deal with this, until there was a cure for the mutation virus.

Now, I'm sure your confused by the name. I can tell you that the mutation virus is completely different from the transformation virus. The mutation virus can cause small, physical mutations that don't really effect a person in the long run. The transformation virus, however, replaces most (or in Izuku's case, all) of a person's DNA with alien DNA, causing them to become an alien, in a sense.

Anyway, Mina was walking around, looking for something she could do without getting in trouble, when she ran into a short boy. He had green hair and eyes, black sclerea similar to hers, tentacles, and antenna. His face was completely red, probably from embarrassment.

She didn't recognize this boy, so he probably wasn't from her school. Meaning, he probably would get her in trouble for this.

"O-oh, i-i'm so sorry miss, i-i sh-should pay more attention, I didn't m-mean to run into you!" The boy studdered, waving his arms in front of him.

"Ah, its fine. Here, let me help you up." Mina stuck her hand out, gesturing for the boy to grab it. He hesitated at first, but then grabbed her hand. She tugged the boy up, then sighed, "you're not gonna get me in trouble for this, are you?"

The boy seemed a bit confused by this, "What do you mean?" Mina facepalmed internally. Of course this kid didn't know she was in that stupid school they made to keep an eye on all the victims of alien attacks! "Oh, never mind. I'm Mina Ashido, what's your name?"

"O-oh, uhh, I'm Izuku. Izuku Midoryia" the boy - now dubbed Izuku - responded, nervously. Mina nodded, "nice to meet you, Izuku! Wanna exchange phone numbers, so we can contact eachother?"

Author-chan understands that this seems a bit like a rushed romance but she just wants to have Izuku and Mina be friends. Also this seems like something Mina would do. Sorry for the minor fourth wall break, continuing story now.

Izuku didn't know how to respond to that question. He had just met this girl, it might be a bad idea! But he didn't want to disappoint her, so he compiled reluctantly.

The two exchanged phone numbers, then went their separate ways. Izuku had gotten tired after awhile, and decided to go home for bed.

Izuku closed the door gently, using one of his tentacles, and tip toed upstairs. He then went to his room, and lay down on his bed, sleeping on his side so that he didn't crush his tentacles.

The next morning, Izuku woke up to the smell of his mom cooking breakfast.

He always loved it when his mom cooked breakfast. He quickly hopped off his bed, and changed out of his pajamas. At first, his tentacles made changing difficult, but he was used to it by now.
