"Wow! Momma you look so pretty!" I smile at Anna's comment.

"Thank you sweetheart, but I must say you are the most pretty here." I tell her with a smile.

"Thank you Momma! Does that mean that I can use your makeup?" She asked excited.

I giggle at her cuteness, but nevertheless I nodded to her.
"Of course, but only when you get a little older. Okay?"

Anna nods her head happily. We both head down to the kitchen, and I cook up a quick breakfast.

Once we both finish, I grab Anna and we both head to the living room. Both of us sit down on the couch, and we both just talk.

It has been a while since just Anna and I just talk to each other with our wings out.

But something strange happen, my wings were a different color instead of just red and purple. It was plain purple. And it had interesting markings on them, one is like a Vampires fang but with a handle.

The other is like a mark for a baby, a baby?

'Maybe Emmett and I have one in the future?' I thought as I continued to look at the marks. Then I shrug them off, then Anna and I begin to talk again.

~Timeskip~

It was around lunch time, that Emmett came home. I was in the kitchen handing Anna her grilled cheese. When I feel arms wrap around my waist, and I smile lightly.

Next I hear his chuckle next to my ear, "Missed you."

"Missed you too babe." I smile.

"I missed you too Daddy!" Anna giggles at Emmett.

"Isn't Momma pretty?" She asked him with a smile.

He nods his head, and kisses my cheek. He then goes and sits next to Anna, I smile at them before getting a glass of milk from the fridge.

"Have you heard from your friends?" Emmett asked.

My eyes widen in horror, 'Crap! I forgot to call them.'

"Actually, I forgot til right now since you reminded me. I will call them right now, I will be outside if you need me." I say starting to call my friends.

I go outside to get some privacy with this phone call. It has been a while since I even talked to them, and one of my friends has a sailor's mouth on her. I don't need Anna to copy her, not her choice of words.

"Hello, This is Melody Ocean! Your number 1 Ocean girl!" I hear Melody say over the phone.

I giggle at her introduction, she has always been that way since I met her five years ago.

"Hey Mel! Is Dorian near you?" I asked her looking for her boyfriend. Who is also a friend.

"Valerie! How are you girl?" She says excitingly.

I smile,
"Oh you know, just been transforming into my mate's species. Other than that, I am great."

"Really! So what is his name?" Mel asked.

"His name is Emmett Cullen, again is Dorian there?" I say to her a bit irritated.

"Yes, he is next to me. You are on speaker Val." She said.

"Dorian and Mel, I need your help. You see, My brother in law Edward has a human mate and he smelled a scent that is not familiar with him. To help out the tension, I told them that I would get hold of a few friends that would help." I told them briefly.

It is silent for a few seconds before, I hear Dorian chime in.
"What Town and State do you live in?"

"Forks, Washington." I instantly told him.

"Okay, if you want to give Amy a call. Both Melody and I will be there tomorrow afternoon, if that sounds good to you." Dorian told me.

"Yeah, that sounds perfectly fine. I will see you guys tomorrow, then. Bye guys!"

"Bye Val!" I hear them say before I end the call.

Now to Amy, the colorful character.

I press her number, and I wait to hear her pick up. After the fourth ring, she picks up.

"This is Amy! The wonderful f*ing girl! How can I help you?" I hear her say.

I roll my eyes,
"Hey Amy, it's Valerie Neilson. I need your help sniffing someone out for me."

"Valerie! How's my girlfriend doing?"

"Good, I found my mate here. So no using the word girlfriend around my boyfriend, okay?" I asked her.

"Okay, okay. I won't, but it will cost you for helping you out though." She told me seriously.

"Okay, what is the cost."

"A trip to the Port Angeles mall. I heard they have the best stores there."

I roll my eyes,
"Okay, fine. I do have some sisters in law that would absolutely love you with you went with them shopping."

"Your kidding."

"Nope, they absolutely love shopping as much as you do. So can you be in Forks, Washington tomorrow?" I asked her.

"Yup, I will meet you in town tomorrow."

"Okay, thank you Amy. See you tomorrow!" I say as I hang up the phone.

I take a huge sigh of relief, then I walk back into the house. As I enter the kitchen, I see Emmett playing dolls with Anna.

I cross my arms, and lean on the door frame just watching them play.

'I love my family.'

*Dorian
Dorian is a warlock in training. He mainly focuses on Healing and Fire type powers. He has been dating Melody Ocean for five years now. He has pale skin, and short black hair. He is a foot taller than Valerie.

*Melody Ocean
Melody is a mermaid, she mainly a water searcher. She searches underwater for anything you need. She has flaming red hair that is waist long. She has sun kissed skin, and is chest height to Valerie.

*Amy
Amy is a werewolf, she is just like Jacob in personality wise and heightened senses. She has a colorful vocabulary, and she has lustful body. She has waist long brown hair that is always is in a messy braid. She has pale skin as well.

They all have been friends since they all were in diapers.
