Needless to say, Brick and I grew close over the weekend. I know he’ll protect me, but it’s Monday and I can’t help but be afraid. When we all walked to English I heard a growl. I looked over and saw Adam. He was glaring at Brick even though Butch was standing just as close. I looked down and saw I was holding Bricks hand. That explains the anger. “When did we start holding hands?” Brick smirked, “About halfway to school.” My eyes widened, he had been holding my hand that long! Everyone must have seen by now! I felt my face grow hot and knew I must be blushing. Brick laughed and Macey pulled me away. We sat down and she leaned toward me. “You seriously didn’t notice?” She asked. I shook my head, “I have a lot on my mind!” Adam walked over and put a hand on my shoulder. I let out a shriek of fear and Brick immediately pulled him away. “Don’t touch her.” Brick growled. They glared at each other in till Mrs. Howe walked in. “Take your seats boys. Adam I know you haven’t been here but you should still know the rules.” Glowering, Adam walked to his seat which, thankfully, was on the other side of the room. Somehow Brick managed to talk Mrs. Howe into moving his seat so I had him in front of me and Macey beside me. Butch wasn’t far away; he was on the other side of Macey. They were nearby incase Adam tried anything or I had a breakdown. English took forever; I could feel Adam staring at me the whole time. At Gym Brick and Macey were beside me and Butch was sitting in front. We were back against the wall. Adam did come up but Brick sent him away. Having a prince that ‘wants’ you does come in handy, Adam has to listen him. I wish this could be solved that easily, but I know it won’t. Adam won’t stop in till he gets what he want, in till he gets me.
