Bucky's POV

We were all chilling in the lounge watching TV when Nat came running in, saying she had 'big news'. The last person to say they had 'big news' was Clint and he just turned the air con on full blast, saying he farted in the vents, causing us all to get gassed (such fun - note the sarcasm).

None of us say anything, waiting to hear what Nat was gonna say. She looks happy??? Wait, no. I must be hallucinating. Nat is always stone cold, right? "We don't have to watch two awkward teenagers that won't admit their feelings anymore!" She all but yells.

Clint is the first to jump up. "Finally! I never thought I'd live to see the day," he wipes a fake tear away and then starts laughing at himself. What a sad life.

It's only then do I realise what Nat says. "Wait, what do you mean?" Clint gives Nat a pointed look

"Oh, the poor oblivious father," he says solemnly.

"Wait, what about Sam? What the hell is going?" I ask incredibly confused.

"Peter and Sam-."

"What did he do to my daughter?" I ask, hands hovering over hidden knives. "Wait-," I seem to be saying that a lot, "admit their feelings?"

Clint nudges Nat, "get ready for instant kill mode." I ignore him and sprint down the corridor towards the elevator, asking FRIDAY what floor they are on. "There it is!" I hear him from the lounge.

I arrive at the training room and barge in to find Peter kissing Sam. Absolutely not.

I charge at them both, pushing Sam out of the way, before holding Peter against the wall with a knife to his throat. "Get your hands off of her," I growl.

"Well, thank God it was just his lips," Sam says sarcastically. I ignore her and watch Peter as his face morphs into a terrified expression. I mean, he does have the second best assassin in the world holding a knife to his throat. I hear a sigh from behind me, and then I just about hear Sam mutter "Sputnik," before everything goes black.

Sam's POV

God he's annoying sometimes. Peter still looks terrified and I giggle at him then take his hand, pulling him out of the room. "Wait, what about your dad? Will he be okay?" God he's so selfless, what did I do to deserve him?

"He'll be fine. Come on," I say pulling him towards the elevator. As we get to my room, I lay down on the bed and cuddle into him. Suddenly, FRIDAY alerts me, "Miss Barnes, Mr. Barnes is looking for you. He appears to be rather annoyed," she informs me and I roll my eyes.

"Tell him to stop being a dick and get over it," I say, burying my head into Peter's neck.

"Are you sure we shouldn't go check on him?" Peter asks skeptically.

"It'll be fine. I can just keep saying that until he finally learns to live with this."

"Also, what was 'that', exactly?"

I sit up to explain to Peter. "When my dad went to Wakanda to have the words wiped, he decided he wanted to keep one word, in case he went rogue," I recited what he told me. "Sputnik basically makes him fall unconscious for a few minutes and, I guess you could say, it restarts his brain. He remembers everything, it just puts him back in control."

Peter thinks for a moment before saying, "but surely there was something else you could've done?"

"That was the quickest and safest way."

"Also, FRIDAY? Can you make sure Dad doesn't get up here?"

"Of course Miss. It appears that Steve is currently restraining him and Nat is trying to calm him down, if that helps."

I giggle at the thought. "Can you take a picture and send it to my phone, please, FRI?"

"Of course Miss Barnes," she says, as I get a notification on my phone.

Another short filler :).
