I can't describe the pain I'm in, but it makes me want to rip out my intestines! Like FUCK! I have a stomach bug and it's causing mussel spasms that make me want to die!

I just woke up screaming in pain, I thought I was dying. But then it went away, but left behind a feeling I once more can't describe...my ribs are in this constant pain that I want to stop, no matter what I do the pain won't go away! BREATHING HURTS I want to stop breathing!! It's been like this since 10pm 1-22-20
