"I don't know why you are so worried about you health, you're as healthy as a horse." Samantha walked in and hung her hand bag on the chair next to the kitchen.

"Sammy! Hey, that's my baby girl. How are you?" Sam got up from sitting with Steffen and when over to his daughter.

Steffen turned when Sam stood up. Obviously shocked hit him to see who was standing there. Steffen started coughing as water slipped the wrong way. Sam turned back to him and patted his back. Cindy came over and took the glass from him.

"You... You're Samantha?" Steffen stood there with a pointed finger and questioning glare.

"Mr. Steffen Morris, why are you at my home?" Steffen tried to speak, but the words never came clearly.

"Mr. Morris?" Cindy said as she place the glass on the table.

Sam turned to his daughter in surprised. "You two know each other?"

"Well...umm...the thing is ..." Steffen rubbed the back of his neck and chuckled nervously.

"We met today at my office." Sammy said turning to her dad.

"Oh... Well he's here because of me," knowing his daughter can be a bit interrogating and intimidating Sam explained everything, "and well, the rest is as is."

Samantha crossed her arms as she listened to the story till her dad was finished. "Why didn't you call an ambulance?!" She yelled, "What if there are complications that follows after you falling? And why didn't you think to call me since all this happened right outside my office building? Dad you weren't being responsible, something as serious as this and I am now hearing about it." She turned to Cindy in her frustrations, "Why didn't you call the ambulance or me as a matter of fact? Aren't you his wife?!"

"Wait...What?!" Cindy retorted.

"Now wait a minute young lady!" Sam jumped in before things got out of hand.

"Dad I am going on thirty in a couple of days. No need to address me like a child anymore. " She folded her arms again.

"No you're not a child, you are a beautiful successful adult and you need to start acting like it." She let her guard down and unfolded her hands. "I said I am fine, plus none of this is Cindy's fault." Sam stood by his wife. "This young man here came to my rescue as God designed it," Samantha looked away disappointed, "and I am grateful to him for helping a wobbly old man home, isn't that right? " Sam looked at Steffen who couldn't even get his mind wrapped around their family drama.

"Look, I'm sorry, " Samantha turned to Cindy and apologise sounding very sincere. "I shouldn't have blamed you, I.. I...just thought that something like this shouldn't be taken likely." She looked back at her dad with tears in her eyes, "I already lost my mom I can lose you too. I... I can't...,"

Sam stepped towards his very emotional adult daughter and hugged her stopping her flow of words. "I'm ok, if it will make you feel better," he turned his gaze to Cindy also, "I will call doctor Glasgow in the morning for a check up, ok? Now we have a guest and that's enough drama to scare him off. What do you say we settle down for dinner before it gets cold, cause I am starving." He looked in his daughter's eyes with a smile.

"Ok, alright I can do that and I will be coming with you tomorrow for that doctors visit." June insisted.

"Ok, ok, ok, " not wanting to get into another dispute he quickly agreed. "Com'er son join us at the table."

"Maybe I shouldn't, this seems to be a family evening, I will be imposing," he started gathering his belongings.

"Imposing? No you're not." Cindy took the things from his hands, while Sam held a chair open for him at the table.
