Becky POV

Following the first time in years since Seabrooks football team won Becky has heard more and more of Principal Lee's announcements, being about the zombie students moving to normal classrooms, and allowing all of them to walk school grounds freely without much 24/7 security watch, it bothered her the most because she minded Buckys sassy attitude reaching it's maximum level of ultimate meanness.

"Hey morning!" She turned around to see her very cheerful best friend Vic.

Why can't I look fresh like Vic in the morning? His even got early hour jobs yet I just slept over one hour from my usual time ugghhh...

She looked back at her locker placing books she doesn't need to the ones she did need for Seabrook History class, in addition to being grounded for a week their parents banned her from laying a finger to her guitar, Beckys score results for the practice midterm exams wasn't something to be proud of, unlike Vic she despised history and science something about it just seems irritating to her, Vic leans to the side.

Her morning was grouchy from self studies to not flunck the next pop quiz "Morning, you're have a lot of energy to spare considering all the gimmicks."

He shrugged. "It was just newspapers and other milk delivery I did, nothing huge." Vic explained it's been awhile since they could talk to each other.

Becky bitterly complained while trudging onwards to their first class. "I would hang at your place but Bucky makes sure I'm there at cheerleaders practice, he just literally orders me around just because I got a minor C-"

"Hey it's just a practice exam, I'll help you study for the real deal if you want." He offered patting her left shoulder Vic wanted her to improve.

She smiled. "Thanks I appreciate it, it's annoying how he says I should get a tutor other than you, apparently my brother thinks we'll play video games all night and watch kung fu movies."

"So he got one?" Vic questioned.

She sighed with exhaustion. "Not yet."

Oh you have to be kidding me!

Becky halted in her tracks when she and Vic saw who was standing there.

"Good morning everyone, I'll be filling in for your Professor Aubrey due to her maternity leave for some months."

They both arrived at class with the zombie teacher who was also given a promotion to substitute grammar and history by the principal, she wasn't even a minute in the classroom Becky felt the needed to make a run for it, she turned to Vic who looked just as surprised though nothing else he held his bag close and made his way to his seat, Becky watched his back while wondering if this was her actual best friend, because he would have ran out like the room was on fire, the teacher eyed her curiously in his desk.

"Care to take a chair?" The zombie janitor chuckled at his own rhyming joke she then made a awkward laugh herself to not offend the undead man.

This is freaking ridiculous! How am I supposed to pass midterms if this is my teacher, I may as well skip classes.

She sat down reluctantly and did her best not to stare at the zombie kids who were surrounding them with normal students, she couldn't find it in her to focus on what the teacher was talking about something on the history of early Seabrook myths blah blah blah, she had a repeating scene in her head and it worried Becky, because she knows that the football team only won the game via cheating.

During the football game.

"Brat, we're running low on towels, I can't be dehydrated for too long!" Bucky flew a towel to her way.
