It seemed as though time slowed down. He wondered why he would jump after someone he knew nothing about, absolutely nothing, just her name. Alletare. A feeling of regret washed over him, 'Is this how my life would end?' he focused his attention on her and saw her smile, a smile so bright it filled him with warmth. At this moment, he could see the ground coming closer to him and could almost swear that instead of meeting the ground, Alletare seemed to float towards him, as if the laws of gravity suddenly had no effect on her. Her hand reached him, just the tips of her finger before they hit the ground.

....im.
T...im.
Timothy!!!

He sat up, startled. Chioma and Chituru's faces the only thing shielding him from the brilliant rays of the sun.

'What the heck?! Why are you laying down on the floor, wearing only a T-shirt and boxers in broad daylight?! Chioma screamed.

Tim scrubbed his face with his hand.

'I'm... outside?'

Chioma rolled her eyes, 'Duh Captain Obvious! We are ALL outside! It's past 10am. We didn't want to disturb you cause we felt you had suffered enough after last night only for us to see you here, frying yourself under this hot sun!'

Then she narrowed her eyes at him. 'Are you taking drugs?'

Chituru coughed.

'Uh... Chioma, that's enough. Go home, I'll take care of Tim'.

Chioma was about to protest when she noticed the look Chituru gave her, then she saw the confusion written all over Tim's face and decided to hold her peace.

'OK. Take care of Tim. I'll see you both later'.

She was gone. Chituru went to lock the gate and came back to Tim.

'Chituru, I swear I'm not taking drugs'.
'Shhh, it's fine. Let's just go inside'.

Chituru replies as he led Tim inside the house and up the stairs to his room.

'You need a cold shower. Meet me downstairs when you're done'.

Tim used the opportunity to shower, brush and dress up before he finally went downstairs to meet Chituru. Tim saw Chituru seated on the couch, the TV was off. He sat on the chair opposite.

'OK Tim, I'll keep an open mind. Tell me everything, from the beginning'.
