Author's Note: Hey Guys! Thank you SOOO much for being super patient and waiting like a YEAR for me to update!! I am really truly sorry- I have been quite busy lately and haven't had time to work on this. So a lot of you are confused with Rose's obsession with James: why on earth would Rose fancy her cousin?? So yeah, I know that they are cousins, and they know that they are cousins, but Rose is silly enough to fancy him anyway! Typical Rose! Well, anyway, enough of me, I guess you'll want to hear more about Elsa, Rose, Scorpius and co!
It is a bright, sunny morning and the students are all sitting in the Hogwarts Great Hall. The Gryffindors are about to tuck into what looks as if it is going to be the most delicious breakfast ever. There are stacks upon stacks of pancakes, enough bacon to feed an army, hundreds of pastries and every single breakfast cereal under the sun.
Brigid- (in her melodious Irish accent, as she puts a bit of cinnamon and apple pancake in her mouth.) Mmmmm... This is absolutely delicious! Have you Guys tried any of this?
Rose- Eww, Merlin's Beard, no! I'm not eating ANYTHING with carbs and sugar in it! Unlike you, I don't want to be fat.
Rose heaps a small helping of watery fruit salad onto her plate.
Rose- Now, what you should be having, is fruit. It's healthy, it counts towards your five a day and most importantly, it doesn't have ANY sugar!
Rose takes a huge bite out of a banana. Suddenly, she catches sight of a tall, handsome boy with messy black hair coming into the Great Hall. She begins to wave at him frantically.
Rose- (her mouth still full of banana) JAMES! JAMES! OVER HERE!!!! COME OVER HERE AND SIT WITH US!!!!!
James heads over to the table.
James- (annoyed) What is it, Rose? Can't you see I don't want to sit with a group of giggling Gryffindor First Years? I have my own friends!
Rose catches hold of James' arm.
Rose-(in a sickly sweet tone) Oh, please, Bumblebee?? Pretty, pretty please? It would mean so much on my very first day at Hogwarts to sit next to you. You can even sit on my lap, if you want.
Rose leans towards James and plants a kiss on his cheek.
Brigid- ( whispers in Elsa's ear) She DEFINITELY fancies him.
James- Look, Rose, I'm sorry, but I better go.
James is about to walk away, when, suddenly he catches sight of Elsa. He stops in his tracks.
