Ch.27: Pain, Wonder and Questions

Normal P.O.V
"She what?!" Laxus yelled as he punched the wall next to him taking a few people present by surprise. Natsu and Happy sadly nodded as the others looked down and Sebastian calmly processed the information. Arashi had his hands clenched into fists as tears ran down his face.

"What can we do now? If it weren't for us fallen for that stupid ladies spell to control the guild this wouldn't have happened to Lucy..." Happy asked everyone without looking them in the eye as he blamed himself partially for falling for such a spell that allowed Lucy to get hurt. No one could answer him other than reassuring him it's not his fault and while most were filled with sadness and despair... When no one was paying attention there was one single sadistic smirk among the group...

"Your all pathetic... Crying and letting your emotions take control it's laughable... But no I can't do that just yet can I? I have to miserably play along until it's the right time to come out with the big reveal." With my head casted down I sighed and rolled my eyes the others hadn't noticed as my hair was framing my face. As well as they just weren't paying attention at all. We then made our way to an inn to stay the night in this town and I played along with all the sad gloomy faces. It was disgusting...

Normal POV
By the next morning Tartaros was long gone as the group prepared to head home. While they were waiting for their train Natsu and Happy went ahead and started to fly back to Magnolia and inform master Makarov of what had transpired. A word had barely been spoken that morning as things had a sense of lose and the group was drained of life.  Mourning the blonde Mage after finding her "body" was one thing but finding her in the hands of the enemy and willingly taking apart of whatever despicable plan at that was a whole new level... They wondered amongst themselves... Had they been betrayed? Perhaps some dark magic had changed her like the mind control Fairytail had been under? Most importantly.... How could we bring her back?

Hours later... Fairy Reaper guild hall and Virgo's POV
Everyone had put aside their sadness, anger, regret and cleared their heads to focus on building a plan. We all knew the tides of this mission to take out Tartaros had changed for worse.. Now that we know for sure Lucy is in their possession things will be even harder than before because not only were those demons strong before... Now they have Lucy's exponential potential in celestial magic as well as the apocalyptic dragon slayer magic her father had taught her. Only her brothers and spirits know her other magic however as for Natsu... While he had seen her dragon side though controlled by a different side of Lucy he hadn't connected the dots. For all we know this may turn into a full blown war with the clash between us and Fairytail against the demons as well as Lucy herself though in a different set of mind...

Hey everyone sorry I haven't published in so long and that it's so short... Other than the post for an announcement on my profile I basically went on an unannounced hiatus I hope you all will still enjoy the story.
