"holy shit! seulgi?!"

distracting me from my emo-est of thoughts, i look up to see seulgi hugging the girl in front of her.

"what the actual fuck, joy! out of all the places i could bump into you!"

seulgi & joy were cackling to their deaths at this point.

meanwhile jisoo, irene, mino & i were just standing there smiling- waiting to be introduced.

"what the fuck, kang! who wouldve thought you were gay?!"

joy's comment earned her a nice shove from seulgi which made us & the girls joy was with laugh.

"anyway, guys! this is joy. we had the same unit together at uni-"

"-yeah, the same unit we failed & had to retake THREE times bc were dumb bitches like that"

rosie & sehun moved up the qeueu, lining up next to me after finally deciding that jennie & kai were too busy flirting with each other to acknowledge them.

at this point, introductions were made- our group & joy's started making small talk as we moved further up the line nearing the entrance to the club.

"heyy, im tiffany"

she handed me her hand to shake which i gently took & as best as i could, i eyed this girl up & down ever so subtly bc heavens be damned, this girl was drop dead gorgeous.

"hey you, its lisa"

"hmmm, lisa. suits you aha- you look great btw! i mean youre probs aware of this with the amount of girls & boys gawking at you"

again, heavens be damned can this girl get any cuter?! not even 5minutes into knowing each other & she was out here stuttering & rambling in front of me.

"nervous?" i teased.

i caught her cheeks turn red.

"a little. its a little intimidating talking to you."

security started checking our IDs & we were all just lined up to pay the fee to enter the club.

after tapping my card & getting my arm stamped, i walked in just in time to catch tiffany from tripping.

"hold my phone- let me tie your laces for you."

i didnt give her time to agree nor decline my offer.

i dont know how but i could feel a pair of eyes glaring at me from behind, but i was too determined to get this girl's number tonight to care.

i held tiffany's waist & led us to the bar. in a span of 20minutes of talking or so, i was deadset to getting to know this girl more.

somehow, she was just different from all the girls that tried/wanted to get my attention. she wasnt desperate, she wasnt overbearing.

her energy was just right to keep me on my toes.

i was interested.

& before i realised it, i leaned in to meet her lips- she was soft, tasted of mint & strawberry. she was intoxicating.

to my dismay, however, of course you had to pop up outta nowhere & ruin it.
