"I'm going to warn you now, " Nat spoke quietly to mum so only we could here, " Being in a room of more than three Paris' is enough to drive you insane."

The 5 of us sat around the circular table. I felt Natalie tense up and grabbed her hand from under the table. She seemed to relax after that. I knew how uncomfortable this made her, but she asked me not to say anything, so I didn't.

We all went up to order the drinks.
"I'll have a coke please, " Mum started.
"Please can I have just tap water, " Nat's mum said.
"Please can I have a Dr Pepper, " Nicole asked. Then they returned to the table to keep our table.
"Please may I have orange juice?" I asked.
"And can I have a gin and lemonade?" Natalie asked.
"Do you have any ID?" the barmaid asked. She smiled and showed her driver's license.

The barmaid placed our drinks on a tray which Natalie carried back.
"Guess what, I got ID'd! "She exclaimed as she put the drinks down.
"I never get ID'd anymore! I'm only four years older than you!" Nicole responded.

By the end of the meal, Natalie was definitely quite tipsy, she obviously wasn't anywhere near drunk, but still tipsy. It was funny but at some points, I was genuinely concerned. I assumed this was just her way of dealing with the stress. She went up to get another drink but I grabbed her wrist.
"Natalie stop,"
"Why?"
"You are not having any more alcohol,"
"Listen to your sister, " Mum tried to persuade her.
Nat's mum was in the toilet and Nicole was on a phone call outside.
Natalie sat back down next to me when Nicole walked back in and sat down. A waitress then came over.

"The bill, when you're ready?"
