I folded my arms and smirked as I spoke. It was so obvious to me J'jaye liked my sister. She was constantly looking at her and tensed up when Mum and I sat on one sofa so she had to sit with Natalie. I was going to play matchmaker whether they knew I was going to or not.

"No!" J'jaye exclaimed, shaking her head as she spoke. I kept my arms folded and raised my eyebrows. "No - " She choked on her words and bit her bottom lip. Rolling her eyes she said, "Okay, maybe I like her a little bit...". She gazed up at the ceiling, probably avoiding eye contact with me.

" One, it's way more than a little bit, and two, you would be so cute together! Ask her out!" I giggled, flopping onto my bed.

She seemed surprised by my response, but I get it. Despite Natalie being eleven years older than me, I am still quite protective of her. Yeah, I was grounded once for attacking someone who said something rude to her at stage door. So J'jaye probably thought I was going to flip out at her.

"I am not doing that!"

"Oh come on, it's obvious you like her so what's the harm in asking? You might get a positive response, " I smiled, knowing I was right.

"Because! She'll almost definitely say no!"

"Well that's only almost definitely, not definitely..." I smirked.

"Fine then. Help me find a way to ask her out then." J'jaye crossed her arms. "And do not tell your sister! I know you two are close but don't tell her!"

I wasn't going to. Because I knew Natalie was going to say yes, I was considering this as a surprise for her.

"Deal."
